Accessibility Services: The Chicago Cubs (the "Cubs" or the "Club") wants all fans to have an enjoyable experience while attending a game at historic Wrigley Field. The Club is committed to making Major League Baseball games at Wrigley Field accessible to all fans.

Age for Tickets: Please refer to the Children's Tickets section in this guide for information.
Alcoholic Beverage Policies: Alcoholic beverages will not be sold after the last out of the 8th inning during day games and the last out of the 7th inning or 10:30 p.m. for night games. Guests who appear to be under age 35 are required to show a valid photo ID indicating legal proof of age when purchasing alcohol at Wrigley Field. The Cubs reserve the right to deny entry to Wrigley Field to any individual who appears intoxicated. The Cubs and Levy Restaurants reserve the right to deny beverage services to any customer who appears intoxicated.

ATMs: Wintrust automated teller machines are available throughout Wrigley Field for our fans' convenience. Locations include: inside Gate F and D; on first and third base ramps to the Upper Deck; on the Jack Daniel's Patio; in the DraftKings Fantasy Sports Zone and in the Budweiser Bleachers near the stairwells and on the ramp.
Autographs: Fans may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the ballpark opens until the batting practice cages are removed (approximately 45 minutes before game time). Fans will be allowed to wait at the Club Box wall on the outfield-side of the dugouts. The Cubs ask that you show consideration for guests holding tickets in these seating areas. If you are seeking autographs in a seating location other than your own, you may be asked to proceed to your designated seating location. Fans interested in purchasing autographed or game-used memorabilia may call Cubs Authentics at 773-404-4753 or email email@example.com.

Baby Changing Areas: Baby changing tables are available throughout Wrigley Field in most restroom facilities and in the First Aid office. The First Aid office is located behind home plate on the main concourse on the third-base side of Gate F.
Bag Inspection: Each entry gate has designated bag check lines for all guests carrying items which need inspection. All other guests can use the express lines. All bags, purses and containers are subject to inspection prior to entry and should not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" inches. For more information, visit Cubs.com/Security.
Batting Practice Schedule: Batting practice is scheduled to begin approximately two hours before each home game. Times are approximate and subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of either team. Gates open two hours prior to scheduled game time unless otherwise specified.
Bicycle Parking: The Cubs offer a courtesy bike valet service for all Cubs home games located will be located in the alley just north of the main entrance for the CTA Red Line stop on Addison Street, easily accessible from Sheffield Avenue. Bicycles are claim checked and secured during the game. The courtesy valet opens two hours prior to each game's scheduled start time, and closes one hour after the game ends. Fans are allowed to bring bicycle helmets into the park to be stored under their seat.

Bottles, Cans and Outside Beverages: No glass bottles, cans or alcoholic beverages of any kind may be brought into Wrigley Field. Hard-sided coolers and thermoses of any kind are not permitted into the ballpark. Water in unopened plastic bottles is allowed to be brought into the ballpark. Brickhouse, Jack: In honor of legendary Hall of Fame Cubs broadcaster Jack Brickhouse (1916-1998), his famous phrase, "Hey Hey" is now affixed to both foul poles. Jack Brickhouse was the Cubs broadcaster from 1948-1981.

Budweiser Bleachers: The bleacher entrance to Wrigley Field is located at the corner of Waveland and Sheffield avenues. Please note for the regular season Budweiser Bleacher seating is general admission and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early arrival is suggested for better seat selection.
Cameras/Video Equipment: Visitors are welcome to bring video and still cameras into the ballpark; however, tripods are not allowed in the seating areas. Recordings may be used for personal viewing only. Any other use, distribution or commercial use is prohibited. Fans may not distribute any copyrighted game information without permission of the Chicago Cubs.
Charitable Donation Requests: The Cubs strive to make a positive difference in our community. We welcome any request for charitable donations. All requests can be made online at Cubs.com/Donations. The requesting organization must be a nonprofit 501 (3)(c) entity, and the information requested must include details about the event, its purpose and date. Please allow six weeks for processing.
Clark: In 2014, the Cubs welcomed Clark the Cub as the official mascot of the team. Clark serves as a champion for Cubs Charities' mission of targeting improvements in health and wellness, fitness and education for children and families at risk. Young fans will see him at schools, hospital appearances and a number of family focused Cubs events. Before and during games, Clark will greet fans as they enter Wrigley Field and on Kid Sundays he will help kids run the bases following the game. Code of Conduct: In conjunction with the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, the Chicago Cubs are committed to keeping Wrigley Field a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for all fans. Any guest not adhering to the above code or behaving in an unruly manner may be subject to removal from Wrigley Field. The Chicago Cubs and Wrigley Field reserve the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior and to take any and all actions permitted by applicable law, including without limitation removal and prosecution.

Costumes: Costumes are allowed in Wrigley Field, as long as the fan's face is not covered. The Chicago Cubs reserve the right to refuse entry and refund the ticket price of any individual in a costume if it is deemed inappropriate.
Credit Card Policy: MasterCard is the preferred card of the Chicago Cubs. American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa are accepted at Wrigley Field ticket offices and gift shops. Credit cards are also accepted at all Levy Restaurants concession stands.
CTA: Public transportation is the recommended way to get to Wrigley Field. CTA Bus #152 (Addison) and CTA Bus #22 (Clark) both stop at the intersection of Clark & Addison streets. For more details, call the CTA Hotline at 773-836-7000 or visit www.transitchicago.com.

From the northern suburbs: Take either the Skokie Swift (Yellow line) at 5900 W. Dempster St., Skokie, or the Purple Line at 349 Linden, Wilmette, and transfer to the Red Line train toward 95th at Howard. Wrigley Field is at the Addison stop.
From O'Hare Airport: The CTA station at O'Hare is located below Terminal 2. Take the Blue Line train (toward Forest Park) to the Addison stop. Transfer to the eastbound CTA Bus 152 which will stop at Wrigley Field (Clark St.).
From Midway Airport: Take the CTA Orange Line toward The Loop (downtown) and transfer to the Red Line (Howard) train at Roosevelt. Wrigley Field is at the Addison stop.

Cubs Dollars: Cubs Dollars can be redeemed for food or beverage at any concession stand, redeemed for merchandise at any authorized souvenir stand, or used for ticket or tour purchases at Wrigley Field. Cubs Dollars do not expire and can be exchanged for the current season's Cubs Dollars by presenting it in person at the Wrigley Field Ticket Office located at 1060 W. Addison St. Cubs Dollars may be purchased at any ticket services window at Wrigley Field or by calling 773-404-CUBS (2827).
Designated Driver Program: The Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program encourages guests to pledge not to consume alcohol during their stay at Wrigley Field. Guests who are at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license and are not consuming alcohol at the ballpark can sign up at the Fan Services Booth, located behind home plate on the main concourse, during any home game. Fans who participate will be entered in a drawing to win a complimentary Cubs Good Sport of the Game shirt. Participants also will receive a coupon for a free soft drink, valid at the concession stand located directly across from the Fan Services Booth behind home plate.

DraftKings Fantasy Sports Zone: Located at the corner of Addison Street and Sheffield Avenue, the DraftKings Fantasy Sports Zone is Wrigleyville's largest outdoor café, accommodating more than 600 guests. Game tickets are not necessary to enter, but only ticketed guests have ballpark in-and-out privileges. The DraftKings Fantasy Sports Zone has both indoor and outside seating and is open before and after home games and non-gamedays throughout the Cubs season. Employment Opportunities: Become part of the great American pastime. The Chicago Cubs are always looking for friendly, service-oriented fans to join our gameday team. Family Restrooms: There is a family restroom conveniently located on the main concourse near Gate F across from Aisle 120. There also is a family restroom located on the Upper Deck behind Section 420.
Fan Assist: For assistance during the game, fans can text 69050 with the keyword "Friendly" and a description of your seat location and issue, and we will respond to your request as soon as possible. Standard message and data rates may apply. Fans needing assistance also may call the Fan Services Hotline at 773-388-8270.
Fan Mail: Letters to Cubs players should be addressed to each player individually and sent to: Wrigley Field, 1060 W. Addison St, Chicago, Illinois 60613. If a response is desired, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Please keep in mind the players receive large quantities of mail and a response may not always be possible. The volume of mail also prohibits the tracking of letters and packages. Do not send anything large or of value to the Cubs player as we cannot guarantee the item will be returned.
Fan Services: For questions, comments, or assistance, fans may email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 773-388-8270. The Fan Services team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time with extended hours for night and weekend home games. During home games, fans also may visit the Fan Services Booth.
Fan Services Booth: The Fan Services Booth is located on the main concourse directly behind home plate. Services provided include answers to fan questions, ballpark food locations, information about events at Wrigley Field, directions and transit information.
50/50 Raffle: One lucky fan at each Cubs home game will win a cash prize in this "split-the-pot" raffle. Fans may purchase 50/50 raffle tickets from uniformed Cubs Charities raffle ticket sellers starting two hours before the game until the middle of the sixth inning. The winning ticket will be announced in the eighth inning, and the winner will receive a check for half of the net proceeds from the game's raffle ticket sales that day. First Aid: First Aid is located behind home plate on the main concourse on the third-base side of Gate F. Signage identifies this area. A physician and registered nurse and emergency medical technicians are on hand for all games. First Aid also includes a family restroom that may be used by nursing mothers, individuals with accessibility needs or parents with children.
Foul Balls and Home Run Balls: Fans are permitted to keep foul balls and home run balls hit into occupied seating areas as souvenirs. However, fans must not enter the playing area to retrieve balls or otherwise interfere with balls still in play. All fans, especially those sitting along the foul lines in the box seats, are cautioned to stay alert for hard-hit balls or bats that might leave the field of play. Ticket holders assume all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual playing of the game including (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by or in connection with any thrown or batted ball. The Chicago Cubs are not liable for resulting injuries. The Chicago Cubs cannot be held responsible for the conduct of other guests when attempting to obtain a foul or home run ball.
Foul Poles: The pinstriped flags atop the left- and right-field foul poles represent the retired uniform numbers worn by six of the greatest Cubs. To honor legendary Cubs broadcaster Jack Brickhouse (1916-1998), his famous phrase "Hey Hey" is also affixed on both foul poles.

Laser Pointers: Laser pointers can be dangerous to players, spectators and even passing airplanes. The use of laser pointers is prohibited in Wrigley Field. Offenders are subject to immediate ejection and possible prosecution.
Lost and Found: Any items lost or found within Wrigley Field should be brought to the attention of a uniformed associate or can be turned in to the Fan Services Booth during the game. Lost and Found also may be contacted at 773-404-4084 during the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on business days during the season.
Lost/Stolen Game Tickets: Please remember game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash. Stolen tickets will be replaced as long as a police report has been filed and documentation is presented to the Cubs ticket office at least 24 hours prior to game time. Lost tickets can be replaced for $20 per ticket if there is proof of purchase.
Luggage/Bag/Stroller Check: Oversized luggage and strollers can be claim checked at the Bike Valet located in the alley just north of the main entrance for the CTA Red Line stop on Addison Street, easily accessible from Sheffield Avenue.
National Anthem: Any person(s) wanting to perform the national anthem prior to a Cubs game must submit an audio file or video link of the musician(s) performing an "a cappella" version of "The Star-Spangled Banner." To be considered for the upcoming season, auditions should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org before March 1 each year.

Organist: Gary Pressy has been the organist at Wrigley Field for more than 25 years and 2,000 home games. Organ music debuted at Wrigley Field April 26, 1941, making it the first Major League ballpark to play organ music.

Pavers: Select sections of walkways outside of Wrigley Field are paved with commemorative brick pavers engraved with fan names and messages. There are no plans to expand the pavers at this time; however, interested fans can add their name to a point-of-interest list by calling 800-851-6846. All bags are subject to inspection. To ensure fan safety, the Cubs reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous or suspicious, including any item capable of being used as a projectile.
Promotional Items/Dates: The Cubs give away a variety of promotional items at designated games throughout the season. Promotional items are limited and dates and items are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional items are distributed one per person on a first-come, first-served basis. A game ticket does not guarantee the holder a promotional item.
Public Transportation: The Cubs recommend using public transportation when visiting Wrigley Field. Please refer to the CTA section in this guide for information.

Rain Out/Rain Check Policy: In the event a game is not played, your paid ticket serves as a rain check, so it is important to keep your original ticket. Specific information regarding a rainout and rescheduling will be posted on Cubs.com, as soon as it becomes available.
Re-entry into the Ballpark: Guests may not exit and re-enter the ballpark using the same ticket unless it is for up to 10 minutes to use a designated smoking area and re-enter via the same gate exited.
Remote Parking Lot and Shuttle: Cubs offer a free remote parking lot located at 3900 N. Rockwell St., just east of the Chicago River immediately south of Irving Park Road, with no-cost shuttle service to and from Wrigley Field for all weekend and night games. Services begin approximately 2.5 hours before first pitch and drop off at Wrigley Field near the DraftKings Fantasy Sports Zone on Addison Street. Returning buses board post-game at the drop-off location and run for approximately one hour after the game ends.
Rooftops: The rooftop businesses on Waveland and Sheffield avenues operate under a license from the Cubs and a special club license from the City of Chicago allowing the rooftops to sell advance tickets to view Cubs games. For information, please contact each rooftop directly. Rooftops are not permitted to sell day-of-game tickets.

Season Tickets: At the current time, there is a waiting list for Chicago Cubs Season Tickets. To add your name to the Cubs Season Ticket Holder Waiting List, visit Cubs.com/Waitinglist.
Security Services: Uniformed personnel are stationed throughout the ballpark during all events. For assistance during the game, text the word "Friendly" with your issue and seating location to 69050. This option allows fans to discreetly alert event personnel of any fan services issues during a game. Standard messaging and data rates apply.
Smoking: In an effort to accommodate all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in Wrigley Field. Designated smoking areas are located outside of each gate. Per state law, smoking is not permitted within 15 feet of any public entrance to the ballpark. Electronic cigarettes are not permitted inside Wrigley Field. Use of smokeless tobacco inside Wrigley Field is prohibited.

Billy Williams Statue: Unveiled September 7, 2010, this statue honors Hall of Famer Billy Williams who played outfield and first base for the Cubs from 1959-74. The statue is located outside of Wrigley Field at the corner of Sheffield Avenue and Addison Street.
Ernie Banks Statue: Unveiled March 31, 2008, this statue honors Hall of Famer Ernie Banks, "Mr. Cub," who played shortstop and first base for the Cubs from 1953-71. The statue is located outside of Wrigley Field near the corner of Clark and Addison streets. Due to the 1060 Project, the location of the Ernie Banks statue may change.
Harry Caray Statue: To honor legendary Cubs broadcaster Harry Caray, a statue in his likeness was placed outside Wrigley Field April 12, 1999. It was moved to its present location near the Budweiser Bleacher entrance at the corner of Waveland and Sheffield avenues in 2010.
Ron Santo Statue: Unveiled August 10, 2011, this statue honors Hall of Famer Ron Santo who played third base for the Cubs from 1960-73, and served as a Cubs broadcaster for 21 seasons. The statue is located at the corner of Sheffield Avenue and Addison Street.

Tickets: Each ticket is a revocable license subject to the terms and conditions thereon. Fans are subject to removal from Wrigley Field upon breach of the Wrigley Field Code of Conduct or the discretion of management.
Video Board Messages: Personalize your visit to Wrigley Field by purchasing a special message on the Wrigley Field video board. Messages are posted in the middle of the 5th inning. Each message will only be displayed once, so be sure to have your camera out and ready! Space is limited and messages are on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates sell out quickly, so we recommend placing your order a minimum of five business days in advance of the requested game. Proceeds benefit Cubs Charities.
