Ballpark Concert A-Z Guide
The Reds are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark. Great American Ball Park is a fully accessible ballpark for all Guests.
Accessible parking is available in the East section of the Central Riverfront Garage formerly called the Great American Ball Park Parking Garage for $20 and in the East Garage for $10. While the number of accessible parking spaces is more than adequate, Guests are still encouraged to arrive at the time gates open to improve their chances of obtaining an accessible parking space.
The accessible pickup/drop-off zone is located on the east side of Joe Nuxhall Way, from Second Street to Mehring Way, on the west side of Great American Ball Park. Cars, vans and small buses displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning one half (1/2) hour before gates open to approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone. Guests traveling to the ballpark in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Group Sales department at (513) 765-7600 for information on bus pickup and drop-off locations.
Great American Ball Park has accessible seating available in most seating areas. Accessible seating areas are equipped with electrical outlets for recharging purposes at no cost to the Guest.

AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) - AEDs can be found at the following locations:
Concession Locations - You must be 21 to purchase and consume any alcohol products. Sportservice ID's everyone 30 years and younger. Sales are limited to two alcoholic beverages per person with valid ID and only 2 beers can be sold per transaction. No alcohol sales after the end of the Eighth inning or 3 hours after the scheduled start of the game. All alcohol must remain in the ballpark: "It's the Law." Sportservice reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Vendors/Hawkers - You must be 21 to purchase and consume any alcohol products. Sportservice ID's everyone 30 years and younger. Sales are limited to one alcoholic beverage per person with valid ID. No alcohol sales after the end of the Seventh Inning or 3 hours after scheduled start of game. All alcohol must remain in the ballpark: "It's the Law." Sportservice reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into Great American Ball Park.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD)
Guests can request the use of Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) at any Fan Accommodation Station in Great American Ball Park.
ATM Machines - For your convenience, PNC Bank ATM machines are located throughout Great American Ball Park at the following locations:
Reds players sign autographs before each game when time and Major League Baseball regulations permit. However, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities will be available. Guests are welcome to seek autographs from players along the railing between sections 111-113 and 133-135 up to 45 minutes prior to game time, or until the end of batting practice, whichever comes first. Guests will then be asked to return to their ticketed seating areas. Please be considerate by not inconveniencing Guests seated in the autograph locations.
Guests with minor automobile problems (jumpstart, flat tire, etc.) can seek assistance from Central Parking System at (513) 946-8100. For assistance with major automobile problems, please contact AAA at (513) 762-3222.
Bags, Backpacks and Purses
Guests are welcome to bring bags, backpacks, SOFT SIDED Coolers, and purses into Great American Ball Park provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. Bags, backpacks, SOFT SIDED Coolers, and purses are subject to inspection by Reds personnel prior to entrance to the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. Those that bring hard sided coolers will be asked to return them to their cars.
Standing or stepping on ballpark seats may lead to serious bodily injury. The Cincinnati Reds request, for your safety and other ballpark Guests, that you do not step, stand or use seats in a manner other than intended at Great American Ball Park.
Banners and Signs
The Reds welcome banners and signs. To ensure that these articles do not distract from the enjoyment of other fans, the Reds request that Guests adhere to the following guidelines:
Please do not place banners/signs in the eyesight of the batter and/or hanging over the outfield fences. Banners should in no way infringe on the sightlines of other Great American Ball Park Guests. Banners/signs may not be placed anywhere inside the playing field, be commercial, political, derogatory or obscene as determined by the Reds. Banners/signs are not permitted in the Diamond Club seating section directly behind home plate. Signs must not utilize wood or metal material or other types of objects for support. Signage in approved areas may only be affixed with string or plastic ties.
The Reds recommend that banners and signs be foldable or collapsible in order to comply with the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. The Reds reserve the right to remove any banner/sign.
Batting practice begins two hours (2) before each home game. Times are approximate and subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of either team
Looking for the perfect way to make your friends' or family members' special day extra special this season? For $50 you can give them a Cincinnati Reds Birthday Package. Your special guest will receive a scoreboard message, Reds birthday card and a birthday package filled with Reds goodies delivered by the Scotts Reds Rally Pack. To inquire about a birthday package for your special occasion, including payment options, contact the Promotional Events Department at (513) 765-7100. Birthday Packages must be ordered three business days in advance.
Full bodysuits are not permitted inside of Great American Ball Park. Any covering over the face and head needs to be removed before entry is permitted. It may not be put back on once inside the ballpark.
Located down the first-base line, the new Bootleggers Bar is the newest spot to purchase beer and liquor. The walk-in bar is themed around Weilert's Biergarten on Vine Street in Over-the-Rhine with its vintage, early 1900s look to the interior.
Bottles and Cans
No glass bottles or cans may be brought into Great American Ball Park. Guests are welcome to bring in soft drinks and water provided they are in clear plastic bottles and the safety seal has not been broken. Insulated foam cups/containers from restaurants, convenience stores or gas stations, etc. are not permitted in Great American Ball Park. Alcohol of any kind is prohibited and violators are subject to immediate ejection.
In the event of a series sweep, brooms may only be brought in at the discretion of Reds Management.
Attached to the Budweiser Bowtie Bar, this group seating area gives fans a unique view of the action from right field. This open air location also allows for quick and easy access to Mr. Red's Smokehouse and the Kroger Fan Zone. The Budweiser Bullpens are available to groups of 12-64 and can be used by multiple groups. Each ticket comes loaded with enough concession credit for two beers.
Cameras & Video Equipment
Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the ballpark for personal use provided game action is not recorded, as required by Major League Baseball. Cameras and video recorders are welcomed provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. Guests are requested to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tripods, monopods and other camera support pods. Guests are not permitted to use drones within the footprint of Great American ballpark for the purpose of capturing photos or video.The Reds reserve the right to remove any Guests who do not cooperate with this policy.
To ensure the safety of all Guests, players and employees, carry-in items will be inspected prior to entrance into the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. Bags, backpacks, purses, etc. larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted into the ballpark in accordance with the Major League Baseball size requirement.

Certificates Presented By McDonald's
Fans attending games at Great American Ball Park can now receive personalized certificates for the following occurrences:
Certificates can be requested at any Fan Accommodations locations on Game Days. There is no cost to our Guests for these certificates. If you have a group of 10 or more please call ahead and we will have them already for you at the Fan Accommodations.
Free charging stations for mobile phones and tablets are available in the Reds Connect Zone in the ballpark, located on the main concourse behind section 110.
Cincinnati Bell Riverboat Deck
The Cincinnati Bell Riverboat Deck is located beyond center field and with its panoramic views of the entire ballpark and the Ohio River, provides groups another fantastic hospitality option for Reds games. Multiple groups of 20-150 can eat, drink and socialize from this unique center field perch all season long. The package includes your game ticket, catered buffet and two beers per person.
Cincinnati Bell Technology Pavilion
The Cincinnati Bell Technology Pavilion, located in center field, is a glass-enclosed, climate-controlled area, featuring a non-reflective glass shield that doubles as the batter's eye. This technology center is operated year-round as a premier site for Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions to showcase the latest systems for voice, video and data communication and connectivity.
Club Cambria Super Suite
This gorgeous super suite was built in 2014 and has quickly become the most popular hospitality area the Reds have to offer. With all-inclusive upscale food and beverage (non-alcoholic and alcoholic), private bartenders, private restrooms and great views, Club Cambria is the best-of-the-best of our hospitality options. Located on the 2nd level with fantastic views between home plate and first base, the suite's sliding glass doors add the perfect touch to this beautiful space. This hospitality area accommodates groups of 30-40.
Club Home & Fox Sports Ohio Champions Club
See all the action and enjoy excellent service and amenities with the all-inclusive Club Home and Club Seats. Located behind home plate and along the first-base side of the Club Level, you will have direct access to the conveniently located FOX Sports Ohio Champions Club. This club includes a buffet featuring everything from hot dogs and burgers to paninis, pizza, stir-fry and pasta, plus unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. You'll also find multiple bars and an expanded indoor seating area. With historic elements added to the outdoor bar area, the club combines the tradition of Reds baseball with the finest amenities!

Concealed Weapons Law
Great American Ball Park is a county facility and it is illegal to carry a firearm, deadly weapon, or dangerous ordinance in Great American Ball Park. Unless otherwise authorized by law, no person shall knowingly possess, have under the person's control, convey, or attempt to convey a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance into the ballpark. A permit to carry a concealed weapon issued by this or any other state does not authorize the holder to carry weapons inside the ballpark.
Off duty law enforcement officers, retired law enforcement officers who are qualified under Federal Law H.R. 218., the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act, and licensed protection professionals with prior approval, are permitted to have a concealed weapon on premises. These authorized persons, who carry a concealed weapon to the ballpark, are required to notify a police supervisor upon entering the ballpark so their identification and seat location can be verified and noted.

HARD-SIDED coolers of any size are PROHIBITED from entering the ballpark. Coolers and all carry-in items are always subject to inspection by Reds personnel prior to entrance to the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. The Reds are not responsible for HARD-SIDED coolers that are left outside of the ballpark gates. Guests will be asked to return their HARD-SIDED coolers to their vehicles.

The Cincinnati Reds want you to enjoy the ballgame and have a safe trip home. Guests may sign up to participate in the "Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program" at any Fan Accommodation Station. Those that sign up will receive a free O'Doul's for their participation that night. After every Thursday and Friday home game there will be a drawing to win a Budweiser Good Sport Polo. Rules for this drawings are posted at Fan Accommodation locations.

Seated within the first five rows behind the dugout, our Dugout Box seats keep you right on top of the action! You and your guests can enjoy every pitch as if you are a part of the game. This incredible location offers a perfect way to take in a ballgame and experience all the excitement that Reds baseball has to offer!
For the convenience of our Guests requiring special assistance, seven public elevators and three escalators are located throughout Great American Ball Park. There is an escalator inside Great American Ball Park located near Gapper's Alley. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level to the View Level. However, this escalator does not access the Suite or Club Level. There is another escalator located on the west side of Great American Ball Park near the Reds Hall of Fame. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level to the Club Level. Upon reaching the Club Level, Guests can use an adjacent escalator to reach the View Level.
Elevators can be found behind Sections 101, 110, 121, 127, and 135.
Fan Accommodation Stations
There are two Fan Accommodation Stations in Great American Ball Park. One is located on the Terrace Level near Section 119, and the other is on the View Level near Section 420. Guest-relations personnel will be on hand to assist Guests with any questions, comments or concerns.
Reds Heads Kids Club
Reds Heads is the official Reds fan club for kids ages 3-12. Being a Reds Heads member is a great way for kids to show their Cincinnati Reds pride! The grass at Great American Ball Park is comprised of five varieties of Perennial Ryegrass. The turf is growing in a 12-inch root zone composed of 100 percent sand. The drainage and irrigation systems lie below the root zone. The field is capable of handling up to 3 inches of rain an hour with little or no water pooling on the surface.
Due to the close proximity of the postgame fireworks shows ballpark officials are required to take several precautionary measures that could affect your ballpark visit.
First Aid Stations
(Affiliated with TriHealth's Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospital) Guests will find the Great American Ball Park First Aid Stations in the following locations:
For the protection of our Guests, trained medical personnel are on duty for all games and events. Should you have any medical emergency or need medical assistance, please refer to the nearest directional signage for First Aid Station locations, or ask any member of the Great American Ball Park staff.
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball be thrown back on the field. Violators will be subject to ejection. Any Guest interfering with a ball in play will be subject to ejection from the ballpark. Any Guest going onto the playing field will be ejected from the ballpark and will be subject to arrest and prosecution. Guests assume all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including without limitation, injury from thrown bats, thrown or batted balls and spectator conduct.
Frontgate Outdoor Luxury Suite
Located in the gap above the Owners Suite, the Frontgate Outdoor Luxury Suite features spectacular views of the field from behind home plate, an upscale buffet, open bar, TV monitors, and game audio. The area also has outdoor patio furniture where guests can eat, drink and socialize while watching the game. An exclusive catering staff assists you with any needs and a private restroom is available for your group throughout your event. This hospitality area accommodates groups of 35-48.
Gates typically open 90 minutes prior to game time. Gate opening times may vary if a game is rescheduled.

The Handlebar At The Riverfront Club
Presented by Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati
The Riverfront Club has undergone a makeover. This newly renovated, indoor and outdoor ticketed space offers an upscale, luxurious option to watch the game. The outdoor group seating area features three tiers of seating with a capacity of 110 Guests. Different seat options are available, including a number of 30-inch wide, over-sized seats featuring power outlets for phone charging and a table for food and beverages. Guests outside will also have a server to attend to their needs, as well as full access to all accommodations inside.
Guests can purchase individual tickets to the inside of The Handlebar, which accommodates up to 250. The interior includes all-inclusive food and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, lounge seating, a 26-foot long video board and numerous other TVs. The large-panel glass from the old Riverfront Club has been removed and replaced with a retractable glass wall that will allow Guests to fully experience the ballpark atmosphere.
At every Reds game this season, a member of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force or Coast Guard) will be recognized as the "Cincinnati Bell Hometown Hero." Fans are encouraged to nominate a member of the Armed Forces by visiting www.reds.com/hero or contacting the Reds Promotional Events Dept. at (513) 765-7100.
Horseshoe Casino Champions Club Boxes
The Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati Champions Club Boxes offer a unique hospitality option with seating divided into blocks of four, six and eight seats. This arrangement provides maximum flexibility to accommodate small and large groups. Reserve a small box of seats for you and a couple of friends or to bring a larger group of friends and family members together for a fun and affordable option. All Club Boxes are under cover and anchored by an outdoor bar at the back of sections 306 and 307. Your ticket includes direct access to the conveniently located, all-inclusive FOX Sports Ohio Champions Club. This club includes buffets featuring everything from hot dogs and burgers to panini sandwiches, pizza, stir-fry and pasta, plus unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.
For those guests using Apple iOS7 devices, the Reds offer automatic digital check-in and helpful ballpark information via iBeacons located around the ballpark. To participate, please enable your Bluetooth and location services on your iPhone or iPad.
Major League Baseball mandated that all ballparks, beginning in 2015, conduct metal detection pre-entry screening in order to comply with the United States Safety Act. All fans will be asked to remove large metal objects from their pockets, including cell phones, and walk through a metal detector. GABP staff will be available to assist fans through the screening process if the need arises.
Carry-in items for all Guests are subject to inspection by Reds personnel prior to entrance into the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. Carry-in items larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted into the ballpark due to the Major League Baseball size requirement.
Kroger Fan Zone
Located on the Terrace Level along the west side of Great American Ball Park, the Kroger Fan Zone was built on the former site of Riverfront Stadium during the second and final phase of construction at Great American Ball Park. The Kroger Fan Zone features interactive games for kids, a Wiffle® ball field, the Bob Evans Reds Heads Kids Clubhouse, a playground, the Mega Concession Stand, Rose Garden, the Concert Stage, the Ole Smoky Party Barn and two additional entrance locations for Guests.
Kroger Sweet Spot
Located down the third-base concourse near section 113, the Kroger Sweet Spot will feature many popular candy brands. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages also will be available for purchase.
"Live Better" Food Options
presented by TriHealth
Guests can enjoy a selection of healthier food items at the ballpark as identified by TriHealth in "Live Better" sections located within the two UDF Reds Market stores.
Lost and Found
Guest may inquire about lost and found articles by calling 513-765-7095 after 1:30 pm on Game Days or at the Fan Accommodation Stations from gate opening to conclusion of the game. On Non-Game days, Monday-Friday during the hours of 8:30 am to 5 p.m. guests can call Guest Relations at (513) 765-7095. All articles are held for thirty (30) days from the date of the game and then donated to a charitable group. The Cincinnati Reds are not responsible for any items left on premises.
Lost Children/Missing Persons
Guests should report a missing person at any Fan Accommodation Station or with any Reds Game Day Team member. Guest Relations staff will work closely with the Cincinnati Police and Event Staff to locate the missing individual(s).
Luxury Suite Rentals
Whether you are hosting important clients or celebrating special occasions with family or friends, the suites at Great American Ball Park provide an intimate, first-class game experience unlike anywhere else in the ballpark. Accommodating up to 16 guests, Great American Ball Park's Luxury Suites amenities include; indoor and outdoor seating, outstanding views of the playing field, elegant finished entertainment area including buffet counter, bar, refrigerator and ice maker, gourmet food and beverage options, personal Suite Attendant and a private suite entrance &restroom. Machine Room Grille
Great American Ball Park's brewpub has undergone renovations to offer fans a better game experience from the club. The front area has been opened up to allow fans to be closer to the game and the covered patio area allows fans to cool down on hot days. Located in the left-field corner, the Machine Room is a dedication to the Big Red Machine, the Reds teams that dominated baseball in the 1970s. This spacious bar and grille has a blue-collar feel, much like the Reds team of the era. Brick and steel finishes, with an exposed ceiling, set the tone. Additional features of the brewpub include a mini electronic scoreboard, a variety of different seating options for you and your group, mock foul poles, outside seats, the zamboni used at Cinergy Field and plenty of Reds memorabilia. Dishes are your typical sports bar offerings.
PLEASE NOTE: For Saturday home games, the Machine Room will not open until gates open, which is approximately 90 minutes prior to game time.
Machine Room Patio
Located down the left field line adjacent to the Bleachers, the Machine Room Patio is great for groups of 60-100. The private patio area with covered tables and chairs and allows for easy access to the Machine Rooms sports bar. The package includes an unlimited ballpark buffet and two beers per person.
Great American Ball Park is filled with the excitement generated by four official mascots: Rosie Red, Mr. Redlegs, Mr. Red and Gapper! Our mascots are available for events outside of Great American Ball Park. For information regarding scheduling, pricing and availability for mascot appearances, call (513) 765-7100 and ask for the mascot coordinator. Mascots can also be requested for seat visits during the game upon availability. To request a mascot during a game simply go to any one of the Reds Fan Accommodations booths located throughout the ballpark.

Mercedes-Benz Diamond Club
If you are looking for the ultimate baseball and entertainment experience, then we have the perfect place for you. You won't find a better way to enjoy baseball than from the Diamond Seats at Great American Ball Park. This all-inclusive ticket offers a private entrance, seating in the first eight rows behind home plate and in-seat service. Guests who purchase Diamond Seats also receive access to the exclusive Mercedes-Benz Diamond Club, located directly behind home plate under the field level seating. The Diamond Club features beverage service with a full bar, a gourmet buffet, as well as a window that looks directly into the tunnel leading from the Reds Clubhouse to the dugout. Guests with Diamond Club tickets can access this area directly from the Diamond Club Entrance on the P1 garage level or by taking the home plate elevators, or stairs, to the field level. In cooperation with an MLB mandate for 2015, Great American Ball Park has instituted walk-through metal detectors at every ballpark entrance. All fans will be asked to remove cell phones and large metal objects from their pockets before walking through the metal detectors. Ballpark staff will work diligently to insure this procedure is timely and efficient. Guests that cannot walk through the metal detectors due to medical conditions have the option of being manually checked with a hand-held detector. These procedures, which result from MLB's continuing work with the Department of Homeland Security to standardize security practices across the game, will be in addition to bag checks that are now uniform throughout all of MLB.

Noisemakers such as cowbells, thundersticks, air horns, whistles, clappers and other such items that incur an audible nuisance upon Guests are not permitted in the ballpark.
Nor-Com Technology Super Suite
Featuring flat screen TVs, a private bar and staff, indoor/outdoor seating options and an all-inclusive food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage package, this Super Suite has it all! In the Nor-Com Super Suite, you'll enjoy the luxury of a private suite with a party atmosphere. This hospitality area accommodates groups of 35-56.
Ole Smoky Party Barn
Located in the Fan Zone and overlooking the Ohio River, this semi-private covered area accommodates multiple groups of 20 or more (maximum capacity of 200) with tables and chairs for use during pregame meal and for networking. The package includes a catered buffet and two beers per person.
Pampers Nursing Suite built by Fischer Homes
Comfortable accommodations for nursing mothers are available on the Suite Level off the elevators behind Section 127. The area features individual, private rocking chairs for nursing, a private restroom, changing table and kitchenette with refrigeration.

Party Decks A & B
Groups can enjoy the game from a covered deck down the first base line in right field, or they can take a seat in the Party Deck's padded ballpark seating for up-close views of the game. The deck area and the adjacent 102 seats accommodate parties of up to 140, or the Party Deck can be divided for two smaller groups of 60-70. The package includes a game ticket, catered buffet and two beers per person.

Enjoy a fantastic view of the game from this area just above the Reds bullpen in center field. A private bar and patio are located under partial cover with a retractable awning for additional coverage if needed. Reds Magazine - The official gameday program of the Cincinnati Reds is published four times throughout the season. The publication contains features on Reds players, opponent previews, and reports on Reds minor leaguers and the club's community involvement. The magazine also includes a free pull-out poster of a Reds player and a free scorecard with Reds and opponent rosters. Reds Magazine can be purchased through vendors and various souvenir stands throughout the ballpark, the Reds Team Shop by Majestic, the Gameday Pro Shop and online at reds.com.
Scorecard - A free scorecard featuring rosters for the Reds and their opponents is included in each issue of Reds Magazine. Supplemental scorecard sheets are available free of charge at Fan Accommodation Stations while supplies last. Rosters will not be listed on the complimentary scorecards.

Portable radios are permitted in Great American Ball Park provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. Guests with radios are permitted to listen to their radios provided the volume does not disturb the Guests in the immediate area. Headphones are encouraged for portable radio usage inside Great American Ball Park.
The right to delay the start of a game shall be vested in the home club. Once both teams' managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange lineup cards, the right to determine whether the game shall be interrupted or terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions is up to the sole discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. Under the provisions of the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have the sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game, whether and when play shall be resumed, and whether and when a game shall be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions.
Redlegs Landing is ideal for mingling before and during the game on this open-air patio party area. Guests can take in the spectacular sightlines of the field, the out-of-town scores, and the state-of-the-art digital video scoreboard from this section of private ballpark seating. Redlegs Landing accommodates 60-120 people and includes a game ticket, catered buffet and two beers per person.
Reds Brewery District
Located on the third-base concourse, the Reds District is home to over 21 rotating craft beer selections. The 73-foot bar offers local craft beer choices as well as selection from breweries across the nation. With so many craft beer options and Budweiser products also available, Guests are sure to find the perfect beverage to enjoy while watching the game.
The Reds Caravan is a four-day event that takes place in late January, allowing fans all across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia & Tennessee the opportunity to meet and greet players and executives from the Cincinnati Reds. Reds Community Fund
Since its inception in 2001, the Community Fund has been dedicated to improving the lives of youth through its baseball-themed outreach efforts.
Programs include the Reds Rookie Success League, a free, character-building program for 6-12 year olds in Cincinnati, Fairfield, Batavia, Louisville and Dayton; Reds Youth Baseball, which underwrites expenses for more than 700 inner-city teams; and Field Renovation, which has helped restore over 350 baseball and softball fields. Including the P&G Cincinnati MLB Urban Youth Academy, Youth Baseball "Match" and Greater Cincinnati RBI programs, more than 45,000 kids and coaches will be connected to the baseball-themed outreach efforts of the Reds Community Fund in 2015.
The Reds Community Fund hosts gameday fundraising activities during all Reds home games. The Reds Community Fund Split the Pot program is operated at each home game throughout the season. Tickets are sold from the time that gates open through the middle of the seventh inning. One lucky fan per game is chosen as the winner. Fans may purchase tickets from volunteers located throughout the ballpark or by visiting the booth which is located on the main concourse level behind section 125 at Great American Ball Park.
A series of creative, baseball-themed fundraising events and programs also provides necessary funding for the Reds Community Fund. Events include the RCF Charity Block Party on Monday, April 6, 2015; Coldwell Banker West Shell Redlegs Run/Walk on Saturday, August 8, 2015; the Family Catch presented by Sharp on Sunday, June 21, 2015; RCF Telethon presented by Fox Sports Ohio (TBD); and the CBTS Marty Brennaman Golf Classic on Sunday and Monday, September 27-28, 2015. Reds Fantasy Camp
Baseball fans 30 years of age and older get the opportunity to play baseball for a full week at the Reds Spring Training facility in Goodyear, Arizona. Participants enjoy a true major league experience-instruction/coaching from former Reds players, their own Reds major league uniform with their name/number on the back, locker in the Reds clubhouse, accommodations at the Reds team hotel, and much more! Reds Fantasy Camp usually takes place in early February just before the start of spring training. Reds Hall of Fame and Museum
The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is located on the west side of Great American Ball Park on Joe Nuxhall Way and is widely acknowledged as the finest team Hall of Fame and Museum in all of baseball. The Museum boasts the world's largest public collection of Reds memorabilia and artifacts as it explores the history of the Reds from 1869 to the present day. With more than 16,000 square feet of exhibit space on two floors, the Museum is an interactive facility that is a destination location for Reds and baseball fans everywhere. In 2015, the Museum features two new major exhibits; "Stars of the Queen City" which celebrates the Reds All-Star players and an exhibit on the career of Tony Perez. A Hall of Famer and fan favorite, Perez will also be honored with a statue at Great American Ball Park with unveiling ceremonies taking place the weekend of August 21-23. Fans purchasing regularly priced Museum tickets on weekends (Friday-Sunday) from April-August receive one of five limited edition bobbleheads, a collection that pays tribute to 25th anniversary of the 1990 World Champion Reds. (while supplies last), with a new bobblehead debuting each month. Museum memberships are also available an offer a wide variety of benefits including unlimited visits to the Hall of Fame, Reds game tickets, select bobblehads, a pass to Redsfest, and guest passes to the Hall of Fame.
The Museum is open seven days a week during the season from 10-5 each day and has extended hours on game days. When the Reds play a night game, the Museum is open from 10-8. When the Reds play a day game, the Museum is open from 10 until two hours after the end of the game. During the off-season, the Hall of Fame is open 10-5 Tuesday-Sunday and is closed on Mondays.

Redsfest is the official annual winter warm-up of the Cincinnati Reds. Traditionally held in early December at the Duke Energy Convention Center, this event features games and activities for kids of all ages, including interaction with past, current and future stars of the Cincinnati Reds. Re-entry is permitted at Great American Ball Park. Guests can do so by using the gate located near the Tree Grove between Crosley Terrace and the Fan Zone on the west side of the ballpark. Please make sure you have your ticket with you to exit and re-enter the ballpark. Guests are subject to metal detection screening upon re-entry. With Retail Row, Guests can now get what they need from a number of popular ballpark spots in one convenient location. Stretching from the front gates behind home plate down to Gapper's Alley along the third-base line, Retail Row features Fan Club Corner, the Game-Used Authentics Store, Season Ticket Holder Central, the Split the Pot Booth, and the Majestic Home Plate Shop.
On the façade located under the Press Box in Great American Ball Park are all the retired Reds numbers. The nine Reds who have had their numbers retired are #1 Fred Hutchinson, #5 Johnny Bench, #8 Joe Morgan, #10 Sparky Anderson, #11 Barry Larkin, #13 David Concepcion, #18 Ted Kluszewski, #20 Frank Robinson and #24 Tony Perez. All Major League Baseball teams have retired #42 to honor Jackie Robinson's contributions to the game of baseball.
Also on the façade are the retired microphones of Waite Hoyt, Joe Nuxhall and Marty Brennaman. Retired in 2007, these microphones symbolize three of the great radio broadcasters that have called Reds games throughout the years.
Rex Goliath Super Suite
Fantastic views of the field from down the third base line can be seen from the seating outside the Rex Goliath Super Suite. Inside the suite guests can enjoy a private bar and staff, TVs, and an all-inclusive food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage package. This hospitality area accommodates groups of 35-56.

Severe Weather Stormready Supporter
The Cincinnati Reds believe the safety of our fans is of utmost importance. Severe weather can arise quickly and become a concern for our fans throughout the season. To better insure fan safety, the Cincinnati Reds are proud to be recognized through the National Weather Service, as a StormReady Facility.
This designation means the Cincinnati Reds have trained and prepared the proper shelters and evacuation plans and procedures which have been approved by the National Weather Service, Hamilton County, and Ohio Emergency Management Officials. In the event of severe weather, you can be assured that the Reds staff will be monitoring the weather and will protect our fans, by taking the appropriate action when needed.
Ohio voters passed issue Number 5, on Nov. 7, 2006, which calls for a smoking ban in public facilities and places of employment under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794. Thus, Great American Ball Park has been designated as a completely non-smoking facility. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside of Great American Ball Park. Violators may be subject to ejection and potential fines. Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and Vaping are also prohibited.
Interested in having a Reds representative at your next meeting or event? Team Historian Greg Rhodes and select front office personnel will share the ins and outs of Reds baseball. Staples Advantage Triple Play Suites #8, #13 & #24
A trio of climate-controlled suites available for groups to purchase at Great American Ball Park has been dubbed the Staples Advantage Triple Play Suites. All suites offer outdoor, padded, stadium-style seats, indoor seating, TVs, private restrooms and exclusive catering staff. Suite #13 (a dedication to Dave Concepcion) can accommodate up to 35 people (30-person minimum). Suites #8 (Joe Morgan) and #24 (Tony Perez) can accommodate up to 32 people (24-person minimum). Larger groups may combine two or all three of the Triple Play Party Suites. Included with the game ticket is a catered buffet and two beers per person.
Great American Ball Park welcomes Guests that bring and utilize their own strollers. However, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general Guest movement, block any aisle, or be placed under your seats. If not in use, they must be folded up and can be stored in our Fan Accommodation Stations. Strollers are not available to rent. Strollers may be subject to search prior to entry by Reds security staff.

Ticket orders received within seven days of game date will not be mailed. Tickets will be left in the name in which they were ordered and may be picked up one and a half hours (1.5) before game time at the "Paid Will Call" window. A photo ID is required to pick up your tickets at Will Call. (Best available seats will be substituted if seat type ordered is not available.)

Child Admittance - Great American Ball Park offers complimentary admission to children 3 years of age and under. However, we do request that these children sit on their parents' or guardians' laps and not occupy additional seats. Promotional giveaway items are only available for ticketed guests. Tickets for children four years and older are priced the same as adult tickets.
Ticket Gift Certificates -Reds ticket gift certificates are available in $10, $15, and $25 increments. Ticket gift certificates may be purchased by calling the Reds at (513) 765-7400, at the Main Ticket Office at Great American Ball Park and online at reds.com.

Payment Options - Accepted payment methods include cash, checks (accepted at least three weeks prior to ticketed event and in person with valid driver's license), VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Rain Check Policies - In the event a regulation home game is not played, your rain check may be exchanged, subject to availability, at the main ticket office for a ticket of the same or lower price for any subsequent regular-season home game during the current season. Dates for exchange are at the discretion of the Reds. Check reds.com/rainouts for valid rain check dates. Note that all paid Season Suite and Season Diamond, and Cincinnati Bell Technology Pavilion Seat Holders should follow the rain check instructions located on the back of their ticket. A rain check of a complimentary ticket (face value of $0.00) is not a valid rain check.

All Reds tickets purchased through Ticketmaster (reds.com) internet, phone and MyReds may be picked up anytime at the Great American Ball Park Ticketing Kiosks. Ticketing Kiosks are located at Nuxy's Entrance (west side of the ballpark), Fountain Square, and Skyline Chili (254 East 4th St.). The original credit card must be used to obtain your tickets.
Reds tickets purchased through other channels and drop-offs may be picked-up at the "paid" will call windows located at the Main Ticket Office at Crosley Terrace. These will call windows open one and a half (1.5) hours prior to scheduled game time. Photo ID is required to pick-up all tickets at will call.

The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum invites you to take the "Scotts" Great American Ball Park Tour that offers visitors exclusive access to many "behind the scenes" areas. Highlights include stops in the press box, the Diamond Club, the Reds dugout, and the opportunity to walk on the track behind home plate (please note that some locations may not be open for every tour). During the course of the tour, a Reds Hall of Fame Museum Ambassador provides a host of interesting facts about the ballpark and the history of the Reds. Tours are available daily beginning in mid-April throughout the season, and on Saturdays in the off-season (not available on home DAY games). Also in 2015, fans will have the opportunity to watch the Reds take batting practice from the right field Moon Deck stands prior to Reds home night games through the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum Batting Practice Experience. The Batting Practice Experience departs from the lobby of the Museum promptly at 4:30 on the evenings of Reds home night games. You must have a ticket to that evening's game to purchase Batting Practice Experience tickets. Admission to the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is also included with every ballpark tour and batting practice viewing ticket.
Tickets for each experience, which includes admission to the Hall of Fame, are $17 for adults, $13 for active military and veterans (with valid military ID), $15 for children (age 5-13), students (with valid student ID) and seniors (age 60 and up). Combination ballpark tour and batting practice viewing tickets are $24 for adults, $20 for active military and veterans (with valid military ID), $22 for children (age 5-13), students (with valid student ID) and seniors (age 60 and up). Special group tours are also available for organizations with 15 or more people. It is STRONGLY recommended that you pre-purchase your tickets, as space is limited and sellouts are common! Umbrellas are permitted in the ballpark. For the safety and consideration of your fellow fans, please do not open your umbrella in crowded areas. Please do not obstruct the view of you fellow fans. Those obstructing the view of a fellow fan will be asked to lower their umbrella.

Guests in need of a wheelchair transport can make their request to the nearest Cincinnati Reds Event Staff Employee, either of the two Fan Accommodation Stations located at Sections 119 and 420 near Gapper's Alley or at any of the First Aid Stations located near Sections 109, 127 or 409. Our Game Day Team member will escort you to your seat and can pick you up when you are ready to leave. Wheelchairs are not available for personal use.

World Championship Banners
As another way of honoring the team's rich history, banners depicting the Reds' five World Series championship years (1919, 1940, 1975, 1976 and 1990) were installed prior to the 2005 season. These are located on the facade in left-field underneath the Machine Room Grille.
