Registration for the opportunity to purchase a limited number of select face value tickets to Postseason series (if any) played by the Tigers will begin at 12 p.m. noon Eastern Time (ET) Tuesday, 09/03/2013 and end on the date(s) set forth for each applicable Postseason series on the Registration Schedule below (the "Registration Period"). The Tigers will conduct random drawing(s) from among eligible fans who successfully complete the registration form during the Registration Period for the opportunity to purchase tickets to the American League Division Series ("ALDS"), the American League Championship Series "ALCS") and/or World Series ("WS") which may be played at Comerica Park, Detroit, MI. Tickets will be available to winners on a first-come, first served basis only while tickets remain. Being selected in a drawing does not guarantee you will be able to purchase ticket(s) to that Postseason series. Exact date, times, ticket limits and instructions for ticket purchase for each applicable series will be communicated by e-mail on dates selected by the Tigers to each registrant selected via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. If a selected registrant does not provide a valid email address or follow the instructions in the email(s), he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets through this offer. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. The likelihood of receiving the opportunity to purchase tickets depends on the number of eligible registrations received. Winners may not transfer this purchase opportunity. The credit card billing address used to purchase your tickets must match the address provided on the registration form.
A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase tickets to the 2013 ALCS at Comerica Park will be held on Friday, September 27, 2013. Winners for WS drawings will be selected at a later date and notified via e-mail with instructions on the ticket purchase process including the date and time for this sale. All eligible registrants (including winners of previous drawings) will be eligible for each drawing. You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawings for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are selected but Tigers do not play in the applicable Postseason series, you will not be offered the opportunity to purchase Postseason tickets. If you purchase ticket(s) to a game that is subsequently determined to be unnecessary for that series, you will be refunded (see below for details).
In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, you must complete and submit the entry form located above during the Registration Period. Limit one entry per person. In the case of multiple entries for the same individual, only the first entry received will be considered. Only entries submitted to the Tigers during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid. Tigers Non-Played Game Postseason Ticket Return Policy:
tigers.com Internet Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets through tigers.com via the Internet will receive an automatic refund through a credit issued to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase (approximately four to six weeks after the last Tigers game). The actual ticket will have no cash value AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. The ticket holder will also receive a refund of the per ticket convenience fee. Per order Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Other than tickets to non-played games, all ticket sales are final and tickets may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
