Last year, Xavier Nady's Opening Day homer sent the game to extra innings in a meeting eventually won by the Bucs. The Pirates outfielder went one better to open the '08 season, launching a go-ahead homer in the eighth, and then after the Braves sent the game to extra innings, the game-winning shot in the 12th as the Bucs won a thriller, 12-11.
