2015 Seattle Mariners Day of Game Staff

Applications for the 2015 Seattle Mariners Day of Game Staff are now being accepted!

The Seattle Mariners will be interviewing qualified and motivated individuals for a variety of Day of Game Staff positions. To apply, please submit the following application by May 17th, 2015. You will be contacted on May 22nd if you're selected for an interview. Interviews will be held on May 27th.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer-driven environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work 80% of home games (approx. 60 games) including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to take a mandatory drug test

Retail Sales Associate

Job Title: Retail Sales Associate @ Downtown Team Store
Department: Merchandising
Reports To: Downtown Team Store Manager
Pay Rate: $11.00/Hour

The Position:
The Seattle Mariners Baseball Club is currently recruiting to fill the position of Retail Sales Associate at Downtown Team Store located at 4th and Steward.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with specific merchandise and ticketing needs.
  • Handle guest questions regarding merchandise and general ballpark information.
  • Answering Phones
  • Be prepared to assume additional responsibilities that fall outside of their primary responsibilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must have a guest friendly attitude.
  • Previous retail guest service experience required.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Responsible for balancing of tills and inventory.
  • Comfortable working with POS/Computers.
  • Selling tickets using the Ticketmaster software.
  • Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 50lbs

Availability:

  • Must have flexible work schedule, nights, weekends, and Holidays a must. Game days, including evenings, weekends, and Holidays.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
