    The first-place Dodgers' eighth homestand of the season begins tomorrow with a three-game series against the Atlanta Braves: tomorrow, Tuesday, July 29 at 7:10 p.m. (RHP Josh Beckett vs. RHP Aaron Harang), Wednesday, July 30 at 7:10 p.m. (RHP Zack Greinke vs. LHP Alex Wood) and Thursday, July 31 at 7:10 p.m. (LHP Clayton Kershaw vs. RHP Julio Teheran).

  • Dodger statement on California Congressional proposal for binding arbitration

    Dodger President and CEO Stan Kasten today made the following statement on the letter written by members of the California Congressional delegation (attached), which urged for Time Warner Cable SportsNet LA and Southern California television providers to enter into binding arbitration: "First, we'd like to thank the members of the California delegation, especially Congressman Brad Sherman, for putting our fans and their constituents first and doing their best to move this situation forward," Kasten said. "We're very pleased that our partners at Time Warner Cable have readily agreed to submit SportsNet LA to binding arbitration, and we urge DirecTV to quickly agree so that we can get these games on the air for their customers."

The Dodgers RBI Jr. Division team will advance to the RBI World Series in Texas this August. Dodgers RBI defeated Angels RBI and Hilo RBI in preliminary games at Algin Sutton Recreation Center in order to advance to yesterday's championship game.
