Pirates set home game times at PNC Park for the 2014 season

The Pittsburgh Pirates today announced all home game times at PNC Park for the 2014 season in advance of Friday's 10 a.m. on-sale for individual game tickets. The complete schedule with all home game times is now available at pirates.com/schedule.
The first pitch of the 2014 season is scheduled to be thrown at 1:05 p.m. on Opening Day at PNC Park on Monday, March 31 vs. National League Central Division rivals Chicago Cubs. The Pirates are also home on the popular July 4 date as they play host to the Philadelphia Phillies at 5:05 p.m. to open a weekend series with the cross-state rivals that also includes game times of 4:05 p.m. on Saturday, July 5 and 1:35 p.m. on Sunday, July 6.
Individual tickets for all games can be purchased starting at 10 a.m. this Friday, November 29, online at pirates.com/tickets, at the PNC Park Main Ticket Office, or by calling 1-877-893-2827. Fans are also encouraged to visit the Pirates ticketing kiosks located in the Ross Park and South Hills Village Malls throughout the holiday season.
Throughout the 2014 season there are several notable game times including five scheduled weekday afternoon games with a start time of 12:35 p.m. In addition, all 13 Sunday home games are "Kids Days," with a scheduled 1:35 p.m. start, and include pregame fun on Federal Street and most dates will feature a special giveaway for kids 14 years of age and under, with paid admission to the game.
Starting this Friday, individual tickets for all high demand games for 2014 will be on sale along with Opening Day, key divisional games and interleague matchups with the Toronto Blue Jays, Baltimore Orioles, Detroit Tigers and the 2013 World Champion Boston Red Sox.
