The Pirates scored four runs in the decisive sixth inning en route to a win over the Astros. Freddy Sanchez, Ronny Paulino, Jose Bautista and Jose Castillo each had an RBI in the frame. Paul Maholm allowed three runs over 6 2/3 innings and picked up the win.
