Licensees of a 41-Game or 40-Game Plan will have the opportunity to license the same seat location for approximately half of the postseason home games scheduled to be played at Yankee Stadium. Licensees of a 20-Game Plan will have the opportunity to license the same seat location for approximately one quarter of all postseason home games scheduled to be played at Yankee Stadium.
Licensees of a 20-Game Plan No. 1 will have the opportunity to license the same seat location for potential American League Championship Series Home Game 1 and World Series Home Game 3.
Licensees of a 20-Game Plan No. 2 will have the opportunity to license the same seat location for American League Division Series Home Game 2, American League Championship Series Home Game 3 and World Series Home Game 1.
Additionally, Licensees of 20-Game Plan No. 1 will automatically be eligible to participate in the Preliminary Pre-On-Sale for the opportunity to purchase available Tickets to a potential American League Division Series game. Licensees of 20-Game Plan No. 1 will be permitted to purchase, subject to availability, a maximum of two Tickets to either potential Home Game 2 or Home Game 3 scheduled to be played at Yankee Stadium during the American League Division Series.
Only a LIMITED number of Tickets (as determined by the New York Yankees in its sole and absolute discretion) will be made available during the Preliminary Pre-On-Sale.
