Our Pregame Party Area packages include game tickets, along with facility rental and catering for 90 minutes prior to game time. Customize your event with creative decor and special, one-of-a-kind touches that truly make the space your own.

Multiple parties may be booked in the Party Tent and on the Budweiser Rooftop. We offer three packages, based on game date, suited to fit all budgets.

Packages shown are calculated on seating in sections 306-310; however, you may choose the seating option that best suits your group - please be aware the seating location and category of variable ticket pricing (gray, red, blue) may vary the per person cost of the event. All group ticket discounts apply toward your purchase. A $500 per game non-refundable deposit is due at the time of the order, and final payment is due 45 days prior to the game. A $15 order charge applies per game.

If indicated in the terms and conditions of the event agreement, you are required to carry commercial general liability insurance (event insurance) for your event.

Party Tent

Invite your best clients or your best friends and make it a party - the Party Tent is the place to entertain your group of 100 or more guests before a Phillies game. Located just outside the ballpark, the tent offers a casual atmosphere with ample seating for your guests as well as room for socializing.

You may creatively customize the decor in the Party Tent, to suit any type of event. Weather permitting, barbecue-style foods will be served straight from the outdoor grill.

If booked for less than 150, a second group may also be booked. Each party will have a separate entrance and event space.

High & Inside Pub

The High & Inside Pub, nestled behind home plate on the Terrace Level, has a vaulted ceiling, flat screen TVs and grand built-in bar.

This pub-style setting is the ideal place for your next networking event, anniversary celebration or birthday bash.

Suite Patio

The Suite Patio, nestled in the left field corner of the Suite Level, is perfect for an outdoor social gathering of clients, friends or family. Bring your guests together on this charming balcony that overlooks the main concourse and Left Field Gate.

Seating includes a mix of sit-down tables and high-top cocktail tables and barstools. A permanent awning partially protects you and your guests from inclement weather.

Rooftop Catering on the Budweiser Rooftop

Be a part of the action with a party at the Rooftop Catering area above Ashburn Alley. The casual outdoor catering space accommodates up to 200 people.

Guests can enjoy batting practice during the event. To keep your group on the Budweiser Rooftop for the entire game, utilize the Rooftop Bleachers seating area to use as you wish during the game.

The Scoreboard Porch, overlooking the Philadelphia skyline, is a very casual, open-air, intimate reception space on the upper level of Harry the K's.

Treat your guests to seats on the nearby Scoreboard Porch, or select the best available seating elsewhere in the ballpark.

Tour Group Meeting Room

Host your guests in a style that is uniquely yours - plan your next event in the Tour Group Meeting Room!

With its high ceilings, ample floor space and private entryway, this banquet room can be transformed to suit your needs.

Whether it's a corporate meeting, a sit-down dinner or a stand-up cocktail reception, this versatile space will allow your ideal event to become a reality (special set-ups may require additional rental charges).

The room comes equipped with a drop-down projector screen and two DVD-ready televisions for presentation purposes.
