At the Pirates Main Box Office located at PNC Park at the corner of Federal and West General Robinson Streets. Box Office business hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and during all Pirates home games. In addition to the Main Box Office, during home games fans may purchase tickets to future home games at the Advanced Ticket Windows located along the Main Concourse (near Section 117) and the Upper Concourse (near Section 316) behind Home Plate.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE POLICIES
Guests who appear to be under age 30 are required to show valid photo ID indicating legal proof of age when purchasing alcohol inside the ballpark. Alcoholic beverage sales are limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per ID. Alcohol will be discontinued at the end of the 7th inning for the entire building, vendor and concession stands. The Pirates and game day security staff reserve the right to remove any Guest who is being unruly or disruptive due to his or her intoxication, as well as deny any individual who appears intoxicated entry into PNC Park. The Pirates and concessions vendors also reserve the right to deny beverage service to any Guest that appears intoxicated.
ALL-STAR BALLOTING
We encourage all our Guests to participate in the balloting process for Major League Baseball's annual All-Star Game. Beginning in May and through the end of June, be sure to vote for your favorite players at ballot boxes located throughout the ballpark. You can also cast your vote up to 25 times on pirates.com. The 2008 MLB All-Star Game will be held at New York City's Yankee Stadium on Tuesday, July 15, 2008.
ALL YOU CAN EAT SEATS
New for the 2008 season during all Sunday through Thursday games (excluding Opening Day) is the All You Can Eat Seats. The All You Can Eat seating sections will be in the outfield reserved seats starting with section 147 and moving to section 146 based on demand. Menu items include: hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos, salads, popcorn, peanuts, ice cream and soda. In addition, the North Shore Refreshments concession stand on the Riverwalk will be exclusively dedicated to All You Can Eat seat holders to ensure a "speed line" approach. A maximum of four of each item per trip to the dedicated concession stand will apply. Water and adult beverages will be available for purchase at nearby concession stands. Wristbands will be distributed to ticket buyers on game days at a kiosk located on the Riverwalk near the All You Can Eat concessions area. ALUMNI
The Pittsburgh Pirates Alumni Association, Inc. is a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation headquartered at PNC Park. Its regular membership consists of all living former Pirates players, managers, coaches and other former major leaguers, while the professional membership category includes minor league players, managers, coaches, broadcasters and front office personnel.
The Pirates Alumni Association was founded to 1) promote and support the game of baseball on behalf of the Pittsburgh Pirates on an amateur and professional level through personal appearances, speaking engagements, clinics and fundraising activities, 2) raise and disburse funds for selected local charities and be involved in community driven activities which support our charitable causes, 3) provide an active association dedicated to helping its membership and their families through support, direction and counseling with the Pirates Alumni "Special Assistance Program" and 4) communicate to its membership through a semi-annual newsletter and regularly scheduled chapter meetings.

ANIMALS
PNC Park welcomes Seeing Eye dogs or other animal assistants utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. We are unable to accommodate any other animals on a regular basis. For those Guests interested in attending specially designated Pirates games with your dog, please call 1-800-BUY-BUCS for more information on our "Pup Nights" program.

ARAMARK
ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment manages food and beverage services, retail stores and merchandise sales at PNC Park. Fans will enjoy 31 permanent and 24 portable concession stands, six permanent and eight portable novelty shops, and five team store locations at PNC Park. There's even a public food stand just for kids! ARAMARK at PNC Park may be reached by calling (412) 325-4450.
ARAMARK DOLLARS
ARAMARK and the Pirates are pleased to offer ARAMARK Dollars to PNC Park Guests. These cash equivalent certificates are available in $5 increments and may be used at all ARAMARK permanent and portable concession stands, Pirate Gear locations and at the Pirate Outfitters Team Store. ARAMARK Dollars may be purchased by calling (412) 325-4450 or at the Pirate Outfitters Team Store.
ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES
Assisted listening devices may be picked up at the Guest Relations office on the Main Concourse free of charge. Please present your valid credit card or Driver's License for deposit, which will be returned to you upon return of the equipment.

AUTOGRAPHS
Pirates players sign autographs before each game when time and Major League Baseball regulations permit. However, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities will be available and may have to suspend these opportunities for fan/player safety reasons. Throughout the year, Pirates players sign hundreds of autographs that are donated to local charities. Due to these numerous requests we are not able to provide autographs on an individual basis. Special autograph sessions are scheduled throughout the year. For information on these autograph sessions, please visit the community section of pirates.com.
AUTOMATED EXTERIOR DEFIBRILLATORS (AED)
All AED devices are located outside the Press Elevator and Right Field Suite Elevator, on the Main Concourse, Suite Level, Club Level and the Upper Concourse. Below is a detailed list of the AED locations:

AUTOMOBILE ASSISTANCE
Beginning in the seventh inning and continuing post-game, AAA East Central will offer complimentary service to Guests needing automotive assistance. The "Buc Truck" is located at the west side of the ballpark to help fans with automotive difficulties. To reach the Buc Truck, please see a Guest Relations representative or stop by the nearest Guest Relations location. Guests may also contact AAA directly by phoning (412) 362-1900.

BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing tables are available in all public restrooms at PNC Park, including Family Restrooms. For the convenience of our Guests, Family Restrooms are located on each level of PNC Park:

BANNERS/SIGNS
The Pirates welcome signs and banners. To ensure that these articles do not pose a safety risk or detract from the enjoyment of other guests, the Pirates request you adhere to the following guidelines:
Please do not place banners/signs in the eyesight of the batter and/or hanging over the outfield fences. Banners should in no way infringe on the sightlines of other PNC Park Guests. The banners/signs must be 4' x 8' or smaller in size. Banners/signs may not be placed anywhere inside the playing field, be commercial, political, derogatory or obscene as determined by the Pirates. The Pirates reserve the right to remove any banner/sign that violates these guidelines.
BATTING PRACTICE
Batting practice generally begins two hours before most home games. Both teams take infield practice 40 minutes before game time. Times are approximate and subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of either team.
BIKE PARKING/RACKS
Bike racks are located outside the ballpark on Federal Street near the Roberto Clemente Bridge entrance to the park and at the southwest entrance near the Allegheny River. Bikes are not permitted inside the ballpark.
BIRTHDAY BASH
Celebrate your birthday at PNC Park during a game with our birthday package. The birthday package includes a visit from a Pirates Mascot, game tickets, a Pirates cap, and a birthday greeting on the LED board. Ask about our loaded ticket for your food options. BOATING
Mooring points are located along the Roberto Clemente Park river wall. Access is on a first-come, first-served basis. Boat mooring is restricted at the Roberto Clemente Park river wall during designated Fireworks Nights.
BUCAROOS KIDS CLUB
The Bucaroos Kids Club offers member-only benefits for kids up to 12 years of age. You'll get a special welcome packet that includes a t-shirt, Very Important Kid membership card, a Let's Go Bucs wristband, vouchers for free Pirates tickets, invitations to autograph sessions & exclusive events and a whole lot more. CAMERAS AND VIDEO RECORDERS
Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders (not in hard-sided cases) into the ballpark for personal use only. Commercial use of photos without the expressed consent of the Pirates is prohibited. Fans are requested to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tri-pods and monopods. The Pirates reserve the right to remove any Guests that do not cooperate with this policy.
CHECK CASHING
For your convenience, PNC Bank ATM machines are located throughout the ballpark. We regret we are unable to cash personal checks at PNC Park.
CHILD ADMITTANCE
PNC Park offers complimentary admission to children under 32" in height. However, we do request that these children sit in their parent or guardian's lap and not occupy an additional seat. Promotional giveaway items are only available for ticketed guests. Children's tickets (those over 32" in height) are priced the same as adult tickets.

Named in memory of Willie Stargell! This food court is located on the third base side of the Main Concourse near Sections 130 through 134. Pop's Plaza showcases Pop-A-Dukes (gyros, chicken gyros, Greek salads and grape leaves), Pops' Potato Patch (fresh cut French Fries with a variety of toppings), Chicken-on-the-Hill (Quik-it Fried Chicken) and Pub 475 (local and favorite brews).

The Pirates accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. These credit cards will also be accepted at all ARAMARK permanent concession stands and Pirate Gear locations.

DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
The Designated Driver booth is sponsored by ARAMARK. Registrants for the "Responsibility Has It's Rewards" Program must be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License. In return for promising responsibility for the safe and sober transportation of their group from the ballpark, a registrant will receive one (1) coupon redeemable for a non-alcoholic beverage during the game at Northshore Refreshment Company locations only. Registrants also receive a Designated Driver paper wristband. The Designated Driver booth is located on the first base side of the Main Concourse across from Section 101.
DISABLED ACCESS
The Pirates are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark, including those Guests with disabilities. To accommodate our disabled Guests, PNC Park offers the following:

ESCALATORS
Escalators are located at the third base/left field stands near Pop's Plaza and provide mechanized access to the Grandstand Level of PNC Park. Escalators are also located behind Home Plate to provide access from the street level to the Main Concourse. Please refer to directional signage for specific escalator locations.

FAMILY FUN ZONE presented by Giant Eagle
Located on Federal Street from 11 a.m. to game time (1:35 p.m.) before each Sunday home game. Family Fun Zone is free to all fans and offers a variety of kids-oriented games, activities and entertainment, for Pirates fans ages 12 and under.

FAN INTERFERENCE
In the interest of player and Guest safety, PNC Park maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Failure to comply with the policy could result in immediate removal from PNC Park and criminal sanctions.

FANTASY CAMP
Ever dreamed of being a major leaguer? You can make that dream come true by joining the Pirates Fantasy Camp held at their winter home in Bradenton, Florida for one week every January. You'll have your own Pirates major league uniform and batting practice jersey, baseball cards, locker, and much more as you practice with and are coached by former Pirates greats. You'll play regular games against other campers and face the Pirates greats in a special final game at the end of the camp. NRG Energy presents the Fantasy Camp program. FIRST AID PROCEDURES
The PNC Park First Aid Stations are located on the Main Concourse and Grandstand Level. For the protection of our Guests, trained medical persons are on duty for all games. The First Aid Stations at PNC Park are equipped with advanced life support, cardiac monitor, oxygen equipment and I.V. drug administration. Should you have a medical emergency or need medical assistance, please refer to the nearest directional signage for First Aid Station locations, call for assistance on a Guest Relations Courtesy Telephone or ask any member of the PNC Park event staff.
FOUL BALLS
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Violators will be subject to ejection. Any Guest interfering with a ball in play will also be subject to ejection. Unfortunately, the Pirates are not able to accommodate requests for player autographs of foul balls.

GATES OPEN
Gates open one and one half hours (1 1/2) prior to game time on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and two hours prior to weekend game times (Saturday and Sunday) and Opening Day. The Riverwalk will open two (2) hours before weekday (Monday-Friday) games and two and one half hours (2 1/2) prior to weekend (Saturday-Sunday) games.
GOOD SPORT PROGRAM
The Pittsburgh Pirates have teamed up with Anheuser-Busch Corporation to promote responsible Guest behavior and alcohol management at PNC Park. The Good Sport program is a comprehensive action plan that extends PNC Park's current designated driver program and incorporates effective alcohol management and intervention techniques (TEAM/TIPS) training of event staff while promoting respect for fellow Guests.
The Good Sport program offers a giveaway for all 81 Pirates home games to promote positive Guest behavior. Guests may register at the Designated Driver booth near Section 101 on the Main Concourse. GUEST CONDUCT
Major League Baseball and the Pittsburgh Pirates are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable ballpark where:
- Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated Guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
- The progress of the game will not be disrupted by Guests' actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field.
- In the interest of safety, security and fairness to everyone, all Guests must show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat.
The Pirates reserve the right to eject any Guest who violates any of the above Guest Conduct rules.

Guests may seek assistance from any PNC Park employee. Additionally, Guest Relations staff locations are located throughout the building and are open to serve you at least one and one-half hours (1 1/2) prior to each game and 30 minutes after each game. Guest Relations locations are as follows:

HALL OF FAME CLUB
The new Hall of Fame Club will offer a casual dining and sports bar atmosphere with wait service and will be open to all ticket holders before, during and after games. The space occupies approximately 8,000 square feet and features an open floor plan with table seating for more than 215 fans, a full-service bar and a lounge chair seating area. Twenty flat screen HD televisions, including two 70-inch flat screens, will ensure fans don't miss any of the game action. The Hall of Fame Club will also feature a 1,000 square foot outdoor patio overlooking left-center field, the Riverwalk and the Allegheny River, complete with a full bar, table seating for more than 100 fans and a canopy covering to shade the area from the sun. All fans in the ballpark will be able to access the Hall of Fame Club from the stairs located just inside the Center Field Gate, through the entrance on Federal Street near the Willie Stargell gate, across the pedestrian bridge adjacent to the second floor of the Pirates Outfitters store and through the left field bleachers.
HIGHMARK LEGACY SQUARE
Highmark Legacy Square is a permanent interactive exhibit to honor and preserve the history of the Negro Leagues and the great players from the Homestead Grays and Pittsburgh Crawfords. The interactive exhibit is located inside the Left Field Gate Entrance at PNC Park shares the inspiring story of the remarkable people that helped revolutionize the sports and business world in their own way.
The exhibit features life-size bronze statues of former Negro Leagues greats, each accompanied by an interactive kiosk allowing fans to view a personal video and learn about the player's background, Hall of Fame honors and playing statistics. The highlight of the exhibit is the Highmark Legacy Square Theatre, an indoor 25 seat movie theatre that presents the legacy of the Negro Leagues on many interactive levels.

HOME RUN SIGNATURES PROGRAM
When a Pirate hits a home run at PNC Park, Guest Relations staff members will approach the Guest who caught the ball. Guests have the option to return the ball to the staff member in exchange for an autographed baseball signed by the Pirate that hit the home run. Signed baseballs will be mailed to the Guest.

KIDS IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS
Young children attending Pirates games may obtain a free ID bracelet personalized with their name and seat location, enabling event staff to return lost children to their seats. Wristbands are available for all home games at any Guest Relations location. Please report concerns about a lost child to the nearest Guest Relations location or contact any PNC Park employee for assistance.
KIDS PLAY LAND
Future Bucs may take a break from the action at Kids Play Land located at the Right Field Gate. Kids Play Land features a miniature PNC Park configuration as well as a multi-purpose play set. Children ages five through ten are permitted and must be accompanied by an adult. For the safety of all our young Guests, Pirates event staff may close the area during inclement weather.
KIDS RUN THE BASES
Following select Sunday games, the Pirates invite all Kids age 12 & under to participate in Kids Run the Bases - right on the field! Families wishing to participate should exit PNC Park at the Right Field Gate. The line begins forming in the 8th inning at the Mazeroski Way cul-de-sac; Canonball Crew members will be on hand to direct guests. Please note that as is the policy for all ticket holders, there is no re-entry once a guest has exited PNC Park. Also, in the interest of safety, the Pirates reserve the right to cancel Kids Run The Bases in the event of inclement weather.

MASCOT APPEARANCES
The Pirate Parrot, Captain Jolly Roger and the Pierogies are available to non-profit and charitable organizations for a complimentary one (1) hour appearance (schedule permitting). If additional time is needed, there is a fee of $200 per hour for the Parrot and $125 per hour for the Captain Jolly Roger or one (1) Pierogy.
At this same hourly rate, they are available for private events, such as parties, corporate functions and stage shows (complimentary hour not included).
They are also available to boroughs or the local Chambers of Commerce for a fee of $100 per hour for the Parrot and $50 per hour for the Captain Jolly Roger or one (1) Pierogy (complimentary hour not included). All hosting organizations are responsible for travel-related expenses if applicable. A minimum of 100 guests must be in attendance for an event to be eligible for a complimentary appearance.

ON-FIELD CEREMONY
On-field ceremonies occur prior to each Pirates home game to salute corporate partners, civic and community activities and provide entertainment for PNC Park Guests. These ceremonies include throwing out the first pitch, the singing of the National Anthem, color guards and group recognitions. OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE/GATE POLICY
Major League Baseball and the Pittsburgh Pirates are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for fans attending games at PNC Park.
Each Guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark. MLB and the Pirates recognize that bags, purses, fanny packs and backpacks 16" X 16" X 8" or smaller are permitted. All bags are subject to search upon entry and within the ballpark. Soft-sided coolers and soft-sided briefcases are permitted. Hard-sided coolers and briefcases, ice packs and cooler inserts are NOT permitted. For the convenience of those Guests not carrying purses, fanny packs and bags into the ballpark, express lanes are offered at each gate.
Guests are permitted to bring bottled water and food that may fit into a 16" X 16" X 8" soft-sided bag. Water bottles should not exceed 24 ounces in size, and must be clear, plastic, sealed and disposable. Children's juice boxes and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. Alcoholic beverages, carbonated beverages, sports drinks, cans, glass bottles and thermoses are not allowed.
For the comfort and security of all Guests, hazardous or disruptive items cannot be brought into PNC Park. Samples of these items that are not permitted include boom boxes, inflatable balls, balloons, motorcycle helmets, Frisbee discs, laser pointers, fireworks, footballs and weapons of any kind. The Pirates reserve the right to inspect and remove any packages and/or containers.

PARKING
There are many parking options for fans attending Pirates games at PNC Park. If you are coming from the East, South or West, and do not have a Pre-Sold parking space, Downtown parking is recommended for easiest access and exiting. PNC Park is a delightful five-minute walk from downtown across the Clemente Bridge. If you are coming from the North, North Shore parking provides the easiest access and exiting. PICNIC PARK
A newly tented area located near center field along the Allegheny River, the Pirates Picnic Park offers a spectacular view of downtown Pittsburgh and the Roberto Clemente Bridge. Celebrate with a client outing, company picnic or alumni reunion at PNC Park. ARAMARK will supply the food, as you host a pregame picnic prior to any regular season Pirates home game for your group of up to 375 persons; then cheer the Pirates to victory in your own group seating area. Pirates Charities is the philanthropic arm of the Pittsburgh Pirates organization now in its second full year of operation. Pirates Community Baseball Center - The Pirates Community Baseball Center is a Pirates Charities project. The Center is located at the Shadyside Boys & Girls Club facility and is now home to Pittsburgh RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities). Previously a dilapidated indoor swimming pool, the Pirates Community Baseball Center now features enclosed batting cages, automatic pitching machines, multi-media training rooms and baseball and softball equipment. The Baseball Tomorrow Fund and the Roberto Clemente Foundation partnered with Pirates Charities on this project.
Pittsburgh RBI - Pittsburgh RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) began in Pittsburgh in 1994. Pittsburgh RBI is an MLB-sponsored youth outreach program that includes 126,000 participants in over 200 cities around the world. The program's goal is to help boys and girls from ages 13 to 18 by teaching the value of teamwork, developing self-esteem, encouraging academic participation and achievement, increasing participation and interest in baseball and promoting greater inclusion of minorities in mainstream baseball. Over 600 youth participate in Pittsburgh RBI annually.

PLAYER APPEARANCES
Non-profit groups seeking Pirates players for public appearances should submit a written request on organizational letterhead to: Pittsburgh Pirates, Community Relations Department, P.O. Box 7000, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. Appearances are limited during the season because of the demanding schedule of games.
POSTPONED GAMES
The right to postpone the playing of a game shall be vested in the home club. Once a game has started the Umpire-in-Chief shall have sole right to determine whether the game shall be terminated because of inclement weather or unfit playing conditions. Under the provisions of the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have the sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game; whether and when play shall be resumed; and whether and when a game shall be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions. The Official Playing Rules provide that when a game is temporarily suspended for rain, umpires must wait 30 minutes before calling the game. However, umpires have been instructed to wait at least one (1) hour and 15 minutes before calling the game. Should there be a second suspension, umpires shall wait at least 45 minutes before calling a game. For third and any subsequent rain delays umpires are to wait at least 30 minutes (as stated in the Major League Baseball Rule Book).
PREMIUM SEATING/CLUBS
Premium seating is located in three areas of PNC Park. Luxury Suites and The Lexus Club seats are available for individual purchase. The Suites are located on the Suite Level, directly above the first level of the ballpark running from Left to Right Field. Suite Level ticket holders have exclusive access to the PBC (Pittsburgh Baseball Club). The Lexus Club seats are located directly behind Home Plate (Sections 14-19) and include exclusive access to The Lexus Club, as well as the PBC lounges. The PBC (Pittsburgh Baseball Club) is located on the Club Level of the ballpark (Sections 207-228). PBC ticket holders have exclusive access to the three PBC clubs - Club 3000, Keystone Corner and Gunners. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Each fan eligible to receive a promotional item, based on age guidelines, must have a game day ticket and pass through the turnstile to receive the item. PIRATES INSIDER magazine - The official game day magazine of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Pirates Insider will be published monthly during the Pirates regular season, and contain features on the Pirates, news about Pittsburgh's opponents, information on PNC Park, etc. Pirates Insider can be purchased at the ballpark.
PIRATES INSIDER/Yearbook Edition - Once a year, the Pirates publish the Pirates Insider/Yearbook Edition. The Yearbook contains full-color photos and stats on all of your favorite players and staff, plus special features and information about PNC Park. The yearbook can be purchased at the ballpark, and through the Pirates website at pirates.com. In 2008, the Yearbook Edition will be the April Pirates Insider.

RADIO BROADCASTS
All Pirates regular season games are broadcast on the Pirates flagship station, FM NEWSTALK 104.7 (WPGB), as well as affiliate stations composing the Pirates Radio Network.
REPLAY POLICY
The Pirates are proud to show replays of exciting plays on the Main Scoreboard. However, due to Major League Baseball rules the following may not be shown: pitched balls not put into play (called balls and strikes), force plays at second base, "bean" balls and fights/arguments. Close plays may be shown once and only at regular speed.

SCOREBOARD MESSAGES
For a $35.00 donation to Pirates Charities, you can schedule a scoreboard message (birthday greeting, anniversary message, etc.) that will appear in the middle of the fourth inning during Pirates home games on the main message board. For an additional $15 donation, the Pirates will send you a scoreboard memory photo of your message (please allow at least three weeks for delivery). There will be a limit of 25 messages per night and requests will be handled on a first come first served basis. Requests received on the date of the request cannot be honored due to time constraints.

SOUVENIRS
A number of souvenir locations are located throughout the ballpark. In addition to 14 portable novelty locations throughout the seating area, there are three retail stores at PNC Park. The 4,500 square foot Pirates Outfitters Team Store is located in left field off of the Left Field Rotunda and is open year round for your shopping needs. Behind Home Plate, Guests will find an auxiliary team store location featuring a limited selection of team store merchandise. The Pirates Cap Company is located just off the Trib Total Media Rotunda.
SPRING TRAINING
Pirate City is the Pittsburgh Pirates spring and minor league training facility located at 1701 27th Street East, Bradenton, FL 34208, (941) 747-3031. PNC Park welcomes Guests that bring and utilize their own strollers however, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general Guest movement or block any aisle ways. Strollers are not available to rent. Guests may check strollers at the Guest Relations offices on the Main and Upper Concourses. Strollers may be subject to search by game day security staff.

TICKET POLICIES
Exchanges: There are no exchanges once an individual game ticket has been purchased. Season Tickets are subject to exchange based on the terms of your Season Ticket Package and membership level. Tickets must be exchanged at least 24 hours in advance of the game date for which they were intended. Please call the Pirates Season Ticket Services Department at 1-800-274-2827 for more information.
Lost/stolen game tickets: Please remember that game tickets are valuable and should be secured like cash. If game tickets are lost or stolen, please phone the Pirates Ticket Office at 1-800-BUY-BUCS or (412) 321-BUCS. If your season tickets are stolen, you must file a police report and submit a copy to the Pirates, so that your tickets can be reprinted free-of-charge. Call the Season Ticket Service Department at 1-800-274-2827 for more information and assistance. If you should lose any of your season tickets during the year, the Pirates will reprint them at no charge on two (2) occasions. If tickets are lost a third time during the year, you will need to pay the face value of your season ticket to have it reprinted. If the season ticket is recovered and returned to the Pirates within two weeks of the game date, your money for the reprinting will be refunded.
Rain Checks: In the event that 5 innings of one game is not played, except when the Pirates are in the lead at the end of 4.5 innings, one of the following Rain Check policies will apply:
1) When the cancelled game is rescheduled on an open date or as part of a split (day-night) doubleheader, the Rain Check will be valid for entry to the rescheduled game only.
2) When the cancelled game is rescheduled onto an existing game, thereby creating a doubleheader, or if the cancelled game is not rescheduled, the Rain Check may be exchanged for any future regular season game at the value stated. Rain Check exchanges are subject to availability and all service charges or differences in value are non-refundable. Rain Checks may be redeemed in person either at the Pirates Ticket Office or by mailing them to the Pittsburgh Pirates Ticket Office, P.O. Box 7000, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. Refunds: There are no refunds once a game ticket has been purchased.
Resale/scalping: The Pittsburgh Pirates do not condone the reselling of game tickets. Any reselling of tickets must comply with Pennsylvania law and the City of Pittsburgh's ordinance in the reselling zone only located at North Shore and Tony Dorsett. All guests are encouraged to utilize the ticket agents.

TOURS OF PNC PARK
The Pittsburgh Pirates invite you to tour PNC Park, "The Best Ballpark in America." Our interactive, one-of-a-kind tour will give Guests a broad view of the 38,000-seat facility with its classic view of the city's picturesque skyline.
PNC Park tours are available from April 8, 2008 through September 19, 2008. Tours are offered Monday-Friday, on both gamedays and non-gamedays. Tours will begin promptly at both 10:00 a.m. and Noon on days when the Pirates are scheduled for an evening game. An additional Tour will be given at 2:00 p.m. on dates when there is no home game. There will be no tours on dates when there is a day game scheduled or on holidays. Tours are also offered one Saturday per month. The dates for the 2008 season are as follows: April 26th, May 24th, June 28th, July 26th, August 16th and September 13th. Saturday tour times are 10:00am, 11:00am and noon. All dates and times are subject to change.
Group tours are offered for organizations with 25 or more persons and special group rates are available. Schools and organizations with more than 50 persons will be divided so that each tour group has a maximum of 50 guests.
Walk-up tours are available. Tickets may be purchased from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Pirates Ticket Office at the corner of Federal and West General Robinson Streets. Walk-up Guests may join a scheduled group tour.
