The Pittsburgh Pirates invite you to tour PNC Park, the home of the Bucs. PNC Park is located on Pittsburgh's North Shore along the Allegheny River, in a street block between Federal Street, General Robinson Street and Mazeroski Way. Our interactive tour will give guests a broad view of the 38,000-seat facility with its classic view of the city's picturesque skyline. The Pirates will provide a one-of-a-kind tour of what is the BEST BALLPARK in AMERICA.

No Tours are given on days of afternoon games, holidays, special events or on Sundays.
The tour will take you through all areas of this ultimate ballpark. We will combine baseball facts and Pirates fun to make your tour an exciting one! Some of the attractions you may visit during this comprehensive tour include:

• Pirates Dugout & Warning Track
• Batting Cages
• Pittsburgh Baseball Club Level
• Press Box
• Tour Theatre & Museum
• Highmark Legacy Square

• Tour lasts approximately 90 minutes; however, please allow yourself 2 hours to be at the ballpark.
• This is a walking tour (approximately 1.5 miles), so please dress accordingly.
• Tours are wheelchair and stroller accessible, and wheelchairs are available for your use.
• Cameras and video cameras are permitted.
• ALL tours begin at the Willie Stargell Statue Gate (located on Federal St.)

If you are taking a tour as an individual, family, or group smaller than 25, you may purchase your tickets at the Main Ticket Window, which is on the corners of Federal and General Robinson St.

All Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted. Cash and checks are also accepted, but only at the Main Box Office.


Group tours will be offered for organizations with 25-200 persons. Schools and organizations with more than 50 persons may be divided into smaller groups to ensure all members of the group enjoy the tour. The maximum number per group is 200 persons.

*Groups of 25 or more receive the group discount rate of $4 per person, with a waiver for 1 chaperone per 12 students.

Group tours must make a reservation and must be paid in full 10 days prior to the scheduled tour or the tour is subject to cancellation. You can call (412) 325-4700 or e-mail pncparktours@pirates.com to check availability and to make reservations. You may also download the Tour Request Form to make your reservation. There are no refunds for cancellations, the tour can be rescheduled. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted along with checks.

Groups of 150 or less will receive an Attendant Charge of $65.00

For your convenience, buses may park on North Shore Drive (west side of PNC Park) for free. Private cars and vans will need to park in a pay lot anywhere surrounding PNC Park, or at the metered street parking. Lot rates typically range from $6 to $10. Buses/Vans may drop-off on General Robinson or Mazeroski Way.
NO drop-offs will be allowed on Federal St.
