The Pirates and Major League Baseball congratulate Oscars LTD & Cronmiller Marketing, the 8th Annual Jackie Robinson "MVDBP" (Most Valuable Diverse Business Partner) Award winners. Oscar's Limited is a corporation that is a supplier of corporate gifts, advertising specialties and custom products. The company was incorporated in 1983 and is located in Bellevue, PA. The African-American owned firm, renowned for the high quality of its products and customer service, extensive product range, and attention to details, provides custom items that address the diverse marketing needs of some of Pittsburgh's largest law firms, Fortune 500 companies, as well as being a vendor of the Pittsburgh Pirates for more than 20 years. Oscar A. Worthy, President of Oscar's Ltd. is equally active in the community, service as Vice Chairman of the African-American Chamber of Commerce, a Speaker for the St. James AME Church for Black History Week, and a volunteer for the North Hills Community Outreach charity events.

Oscar's Limited business performance utilizes several of Jackie Robinson's nine values of success including: excellence, determination, integrity, and commitment. As a result of consistent personal goal to provide the highest quality possible, relative to produce and service, Oscar's Limited became the only minority vendor to receive the MLB All-Star license to create various commemorative products.

Cronmiller Marketing

Cronmiller Marketing was founded in 1948 by Wesley Cronmiller. His first product line was Zippo Lighters, which were very popular during that time. The fledgling Promotional Products industry and Wesley's business grew side by side and soon, Cronmiller Marketing was selling a full selection of products to some of the largest businesses in the Pittsburgh area.

Connie Cronmiller joined Cronmiller Marketing after graduating from Georgetown University. She began her career in sales and soon learned the business. She developed her own list of prominent clients, as well as learning the financial side of running a business. Connie started accumulating shares in the company in the early 1990s and completed full acquisition of the company by 2005. She retains ownership of Cronmiller Marketing to this day.

Cronmiller Marketing has consistently been providing customers with creative solutions, dependable service and quality products for over 60 years. Recognizing that not all needs are the same, Cronmiller Marketing builds solutions for each customer that are tailored to meet their unique needs.
