SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Please take a moment to read the following guidelines so that we can better accommodate your donation request.

All donation requests must be submitted ONLINE only at least six (6) weeks prior to the date of your event.

Please note the following information regarding donation requests:

• Organizations must complete the Pirates Donation Request Form ONLINE to be considered for a donation.
• Mailed/Phoned/E-mailed/Faxed requests will NOT be accepted.
• The Pirates will consider requests from nonprofit organizations and their fundraising efforts within the Greater Pittsburgh Community and the tri-state region (Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia).
• Requests are filled at the discretion of the Pittsburgh Pirates. All decisions are final.
• Organizations are limited to one (1) request per twelve month period.
• Donations will be mailed out at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.
• Special consideration will be given to non-profit organizations, however not exclusively. We may not consider donation requests for for-profit organizations/groups, employee recognition/incentive programs, family reunions, PTA/PTO, etc. As much as we would like to, we are unable to respond favorably to all requests due to the large volume we receive.
• Due to the volume of requests, the Pittsburgh Pirates regret that we cannot accept items to be signed for fundraisers or special events.
• Our peak season of supporting charitable events is during the regular baseball season and we fulfill the majority of requests with complimentary tickets to Pirates home games. Fundraisers and events held during the off-season will receive a ticket voucher redeemable for complimentary tickets to games for the following season.
