Prior to entering PNC Park (recommended) - present your ticket inside the sales redemption area located next to the home plate entrance on General Robinson Street.
After entering PNC Park (prior to the 5th inning) - present your ticket at the sales redemption area located inside the Trib Total Media Home Plate Rotunda at the bottom of the escalators behind home plate.
