Our Account Executives will work with you to determine how many tickets to hold and when you need to lower your estimates. In general our 20 % deposit is the non-refundable part of your group outing. |

Groups of 20 or more receive group welcomes on the PNC Park side message boards. |

There are no refunds once you finalize your outing. |

There are accessible seating options throughout the ballpark, in all general seating categories. |

What happens if the game is rained out? |

For each date that is affected by rain the Pirates release a unique policy of how your tickets can be exchanged for a future game during the 2008 season. |

Aramark dollars are available on the first and third levels of the ballpark and are cash equivalent certificates in $5 increments. In addition, Levy Restaurants offers dollars in $5 increments for the premium levels of the ballpark (PBC, Lexus Club, WSS). |

What is your gate policy regarding food/drinking? |
| A: |
Guests are permitted to bring bottled water and food that may fit into a 16""x16""x8"" soft-sided bag. Water bottles should not exceed 24 ounces in size, and must be clear, plastic, sealed and disposable. Children's juice boxes and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. Alcoholic beverages, cans, glass bottles and thermoses are not allowed. |

Where do buses park? |

Bus Transportation can park for free along North Shore Drive, located between the Right Field Gate and Heinz Field. |

Where is the best place to park when attending a game? |
| A: |
If you are coming from the East, South, or West and do not have a Pre-Sold parking space, Downtown parking is recommended. If you are coming from the North, North Shore parking is recommended. |

Do you have pre-sold parking/tailgating space? |

Unfortunately, parking passes are only sold with season ticket packages. Alco Parking can be reached at 412-323-4455. |

What is the best entrance to come in through? |

All gates at PNC Park offer accessible entrance to guests. The closest gate to your seat is printed on your ticket. |

What if someone in my group needs accessible help? |

At each gate our guest relations staff is ready to assist you with your needs. Wheelchair service is available from the entrance to your seating location and then return to the gate after the game. |

Is smoking permitted at PNC Park? |

No. The Pirates have instituted a no smoking policy here at the park. |

Are umbrellas permitted in the ballpark? |
| A: |
Umbrellas are permitted in the ballpark and can only be opened during rain delays. They may not be open during play. |

Can I get tickets through you for Pirates road games? |

Unfortunately the Pirates do not provide ticketing to other venues around the country. Ticket availability in other cities is best researched using MLB.com. |
