Group Ticket Policies

PLEASE NOTE:

Game status (Opening Day, Gold, Black and White Games) does not apply to pricing.

  • Opening Day is Monday, April 13th vs. the Detroit Tigers.
  • Gold Games are all Saturdays in May and Fridays and Saturdays in June, July, August, September and October.
  • Black Games are all Fridays in May and all Sundays in June, July, August, September and October.
  • White games are all remaining homes games during the 2015 Pirates season.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICIES FOR ALL 2015 GROUP PURCHASES:

  • All group ticket sales are final. No refunds allowed. Exchanges are allowed only in the event of an official rainout or cancellation. For details on the specific policies for a game, please check pirates.com/raincheck for more information.
  • Opening Day groups require full payment at the time of purchase.
  • A Gold game requires a minimum non-refundable $500 deposit for every 100 seats. Once seats are selected in mid-November groups must reach 25% paid for their outing. At 60 days prior to the desired game, a group will only be allowed to return up to 20% of the tickets they have on reserve with a max of 50 tickets. Full payment must be received no later than 45 days from desired game.
  • A Black game requires a minimum non-refundable $500 deposit for every 100 seats. Once seats are selected in mid-November groups must reach 25% paid for their outing. At 60 days prior to the desired game, a group will only be allowed to return up to 20% of the tickets they have on reserve with a max of 50 tickets. Full payment must be received no later than 45 days from desired game.
  • A White game requires a minimum non-refundable $250 deposit for every 100 seats purchased. Once seats are selected in mid-November groups must reach 25% paid for their outing. Full payment must be received no later than 30 days from desired game.
  • To ensure timely ticket delivery, payment in full is due no later than 45 days prior to a Gold or Black game date, or 30 days prior to a White game date, otherwise all unpaid seats will be released.
  • Group discounts are not available on the day of the game or for Opening Day or Gold Games. For an updated list of discount eligible games, please contact the Group Sales department at grouptickets@pirates.com.
  • Placing a group deposit does not guarantee a specific game date or selected seating category. In a scenario in which there is no ticket availability for your first choice of seating category and/or game date the Pirates will offer another seating category and/or game option, but deposits are non-refundable. Please see the official Pittsburgh Pirates ticket policies for more details.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICIES FOR GROUP FAN EXPERIENCE PACKAGES

  • There is a minimum non-refundable $500 deposit required for Catch on the Field, Color Guard (Gold, Black and Sunday Games), Dugout Buddies (Gold and Black Games), Field of Dreams, High School Baseball games, Honorary First Pitch, Kids Take the Field, National Anthems, and Warm-Up with the Bucs.
  • There is a minimum non-refundable $250 deposit required for Color Guard (White Games, excluding Sundays), Community Treasures, Dugout Buddies (White Games), Fans of the Game, Group Salutes, In-Game Group Welcome, Team Photo on the Field, Warning Track Group Salutes, and Watching Batting Practice from the Field.
  • All Group Fan Experience Packages require a signed agreement committing to full payment of respective ticket minimums.
  • For Gold and Black game Group Fan Experience Packages, once seats are selected in mid-November groups must reach 25% paid for their outing. At 60 days prior to the desired game, a group will only be allowed to return up to 20% of the tickets they have on reserve with a max of 50 tickets.
  • Full payment for Gold and Black game Group Fan Experience Packages is required 45 days prior to desired game date.
  • Full payment for White game Group Fan Experience Packages is required 30 days prior to desired game date.
  • If full payment is not received within the 45 days (Gold or Black games) or 30 days (White games), the group seats will be released, and the group will not participate in the Group Fan Experience Package.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICIES FOR GROUP HOSPITALITY PACKAGES
Hospitality Photo
  • Deposits required for hospitality spaces are non-refundable.
  • To reserve The Picnic Park, a minimum ticket purchase of 30 tickets is required for all games. An additional revenue minimum will be added when 2015 group pricing is made available. A $1,000 deposit is required for Gold games, and $500 deposit required for Black and White games.
  • To reserve the Pirates Deck, a minimum ticket purchase of 200 tickets and hospitality is required for any game up until 90 days prior to the desired game. After 90 days, the Pirates Deck will be available for purchase groups less than 200. Groups still must purchase hospitality in addition to their tickets. A $750 deposit is required for Gold and Black games, and a $500 deposit is required for White games.
  • To reserve the Budweiser Bowtie Bar, a minimum ticket purchase of 90 tickets and hospitality is required for any game. A $1,000 deposit is required for Gold and Black games and a $500 deposit is required for White games.
  • Full payment for Gold and Black game hospitality packages is 45 days prior to game date; for White games is 30 days prior to game date.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICIES FOR SUITE RENTALS

  • World Series Suites require a minimum non-refundable $1000 deposit, with full payment 45 days prior to desired Gold and Black game dates and a minimum non-refundable $500 deposit, with full payment 30 days prior to desired White game dates.
  • Gameday Luxury Suites require a minimum non-refundable $500 deposit, with full payment 45 days prior to desired Gold and Black game dates and 30 days prior to desired White game dates.

*The Pittsburgh Pirates reserve the right to require full payment for your group at any time for any game.
