Purchasing Tickets In-person
Tickets may be purchased at Cubs Park located at 2330 W. Rio Salado Parkway Mesa, AZ. The box office opens Jan. 11 at 10 a.m. MST. Standard hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST, Jan. 11 through March 27.
Purchasing Tickets by Phone and Online
Tickets may be purchased over the phone by dialing 1-800-THE-CUBS (800-843-2827) beginning Jan. 11 at 10 a.m. MST/11 a.m. CST.
Don't miss out on the action at the Cubs' new park this year with your group! Group tickets are available starting at groups of 20. At the new park, there will be many hospitality areas where you can entertain clients or just enjoy the game with your fellow employees. Kids Ticket Information
Children two and under, who are on a parents lap, do not need a ticket. All other attendees do require a ticket, and no child discounts are available.

Items not allowed into the stadium
The following are additional security guidelines that Major League Baseball has implemented for the Spring Training Season for the safety of everyone:
- No coolers of any size
- No backpacks
- No bags larger then 16" x 16" x 8"
- All bags will be inspected before they are permitted into the ballpark
- No cans, glass containers, or open containers
- No alcohol or weapons
- Gates will open 90 minutes prior to all home day games.(Subject to change)
