ADA Information

The Washington Nationals offer several accommodations at Nationals Park for our guests with a disability. In addition to a plethora of ADA seating options, Nationals Park features wheelchair accessible entrances, accessible ATMs, accessible drinking fountains, elevators, ramps, accessible restrooms, telephones with TDD as well as low vision seating. To request a wheelchair, contact the Guest Services department at 202.640.7580. If you would like to purchase accessible seating at Nationals Park, please call 888.632.NATS (6287).

Once you select the game date from the calendar and get to the ticketing seating selection page, make sure to click on the "Click here for real-time ADA/Handicap Seating' link at the bottom of the ticketing page.

While we've taken care of everything within Nationals Park, we've also made it easy for our guests with a disability to get there.

  • Accessible Drop Off and Pick Up Areas

Prior to every Nationals game at Nationals Park, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) will allow passengers to be dropped off along 1st Street, SE (near the grand staircase at the intersection of Potomac Avenue and First Street, SE). There are dedicated signs displayed on the sidewalk for our drop-off location. Additionally, there are curb-free areas along South Capitol Street between O and P Streets for passengers to be picked up. To view the accessible drop off and pick up areas as well as the accessible elevator locations visit The Way To Go Interactive Map.

  • Season Ticket Holder Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available in all lots designated for season ticket holders. Season ticket holders requiring accessible parking spaces should call 202.675.NATS (6287), Option one (1) then Option 1 again for information on availability in specific lots.

To further accommodate season ticket holders who purchased an accessible season ticket parking permit package in one of the designated lots, the team will make additional accessible parking spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis in Garages B and C, which are located on both sides of the Center Field Plaza. The entrance for Garage C is on First St., S.E. and the entrance for Garage B is on N St., S.E. In order to take advantage of this special accommodation, fans must present a state or District of Columbia issued disabled parking placard/license plate, as well as the parking pass for their assigned lots or garages, to access the spaces in Garages B and C. Because accessible parking spaces in Garages B and C are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, guests to Nationals Park are strongly encouraged to arrive to these garages at least an hour or more prior to game time to have an opportunity to access these spaces.

  • Single Game Accessible Parking

For those who need accessible parking on a single game basis, the Nationals have reserved a limited number of accessible parking spaces in Garages B and C. These spaces may only be purchased online by clicking the green button below:
