Alec Rosales and Andres Vazquez each drove in two runs and Ryan Pineda and Fernando Laurel each had three hits as the Philippines triumphed in Taipei, Taiwan. Jon Jon Robles got the win, allowing one unearned run in 4 1/3 innings.
